This pharmacy is amazing! I recently moved to FL from NJ and because of the medication I was on, the change in doctors, I had not physically moved into my house yet, i was in complete limbo, and Walgreens who I had used for YEARS would not help me. I was so worried that I was not going to be able to get my meds. So I did some research and found Jupiter Drugs. Sanette was absolutely WONDERFUL! She sat me down listened to my situation and was more than willing to help me get the medication I needed. With that being said, I would like to comment on the above comment from Deborah Drinkwater. I had the exact same situation happen to me just a month ago and I know that your review is a 100% false!!! First of all, you can’t request specific brand of medication. They are a pharmacy not a restaurant. The medication you get is what is in stock at the warehouse. How do I know this??? Because I asked the same question! I was used to one brand an unfortunately Jupiter didn’t carry that kind. But I was educated on why she can’t order that brand specific brand and I continue to use whatever the brand they have. Now in the same instance when I received 2 different brands at one time, the bottle was CLEARLY marked in MORE than one spot with BRIGHT GREEN labels. On the side of the bottle as well as the top of the container (the cap). How can you miss that right???? In addition, a rather large pink document was stapled on the outside of the paper bag stating the breakdown of how many pills are in the bottle of EACH manufacturer. As if that was not enough, the young girl that rung me up had me SIGN FOR THE MEDICATION (Which I am SURE YOU DID TOO DEBORAH) but she also advised me that there were , 2 different brands in there and they were separated by a piece of cotton! Let me ask you this?? Didn’t you SEE the large piece of cotton in the bottle? If you had a question, why would you wait weeks after it was filled? Now some of you may ask... why am I writing this post? What affiliation does this girl have with the pharmacy??? The answer is this... NOTHING, NONE! I have nothing to do with this pharmacy other than the fact that they are wonderful, caring helpful and even educating! I came on here to write a GREAT review and I saw that post and it made me upset! I cant stand when people take to the internet to only post when they are upset with something or something doesnt go their way? How about rewarding amazing customer service! Here is my 2 last examples of how amazing this place is and then I promise my rant is over!! 1. This is the only place I know that actually takes the time to check all medications you are taking or have taken or may take on a one off basis, against each other to make sure that you will never have a possibly deadly reaction. 2. I was having a surgical procedure done and the following day I had a SEVERE reaction with require immediate medical attention as well as an emergency MRI. I felt awful sick and just terrible. I needed medication to counteract the reaction I was having and I had no one to drive me there. I drove to the pharmacy, the staff took one look at me and offered to drive me home and deliver the medication later on as well. I was so beyond sick. My vote is Jupiter Drugs is WAY ABOVE AVERAGE! Keep doing what youre doing and maybe one day people will start comments on places when they are happy rather than mad!

I requested a specific brand for my prescription. I took half of the pills and then saw there were different pills in the bottom of my bottle. I was NOT told there were any other brand of pills in the bottle when I picked it up. The second brand of pill was not labeled on the bottle. I had no idea what this even was in my bottle so I didnt take them and brought them in. The manager was extremely rude and when I told her that I was not informed they had mixed pills in one bottle she said, "I do not believe that you were not told." Who in the world calls a customer a liar to his/her face!? Not properly labeling medications is even more of a major issue than the extreme rudeness. I will never use this pharmacy again.

First visit, I was treated terribly. I gave the store another chance and wasnt really impressed with the pharmacy staff. In all fairness, the gentleman on the medical supply department was kind and helped me find the right knee brace. I feel the quality of service varys depending on who takes care of you.
