Ever since target security breach when thieves stole millions of credit card/debit card/pins, we have been trying to cancel our Target RedCard. Everyday, the 800 number on the card is busy (no surprise). So we went in the store and asked to get help canceling the card in person. Customer service had no idea how to do it, and started going online to see. They asked me for all my personal information to verify. I wouldnt give it to them as they have been hacked into so much lately So I asked for the manager. He came, I asked him to help cancel our account and he said that it would be stupid to cancel it now, there are no further security breaches. I told him maybe that is true, but I am not willing to chance it. He then said they are unable to cancel the account in the store and that we had to call the 800 number. Long story short, I contacted my bank and put a block on Target ability to debit my checking account and I will never shop in this store again.

Be VERY careful with your Red Card and duplicate charges that may happen. I called both the Red Card 1-800 number and the store manager and they were less than helpful to take care of this problem. I was hung up after a long hold with customer service and then called back and held again. I talked to a woman who (although very pleasant on the phone) seemed unconcerned with the time I had held and told me this happened to many people on this day. She helped me understand how they cleared up the error, HOWEVER....it took me an hour and a half to figure this banking mistake out. I then called the store manager where this took place and he seemed unaware of this happening and just said "sorry". I am cancelling my Red Card because it is not worth the 5% saving to have this kind of risk to my finances.

After 10 minutes worth of listing to times of operation and normal hours, locations bla, bla, bla.... I finally got to the pharmacy. I am a chronic pain sufferer on pain patches. Came down on vacation from VA. The Target pharmacy there said I would have no problem filling my script down here...... took another several minutes before the lady finally just went to check to see if they even have that strength like I originally called and asked for!!! No again. First Target lady didnt even volunteer the phone number or to call for me to see if they had it. All really nice to know facing withdrawal symptoms. Great job. Think Ill go to Walmart from now on.

Was on my way to Walmart for hair products but decided to stop at target at 10:15pm Monday on 1/23. They have cleaned off shelves and the hair care products are nowhere to be found. About 8 store workers shuffling around and lots of boxes everywhere. And employee was kind enough to ask if I needed help. I asked where were hair care products. She replied unfortunately they are in all these boxes. Left got in my car and headed to Walmart.

I love Target, and the employees at this one are pretty good, but it still needs work. Often out of stock of exactly what I need. Change product locations often or suddenly remove items. Typically only a few lines/lanes open at check-out with high turn-over rates. I have often found expired and moldy food items :( Also, why no Starbucks and maybe get the nice shopping carts they have at the San Jose location? Help this Target!

Run down and tired... Employees are posting positive remarks to increase rating but one trip to this Target and you will see the truth. Employees are grumpy and unhelpfull. Too busy playing to answer questions. Merchandise is mixed up and why is this store so dirty? Half the stuff I touched left dirt, yes dirt on my hands. Should close it and put something usefull here, horrible.

Went to Target today (March 18, 2017 3:30pm). The lady at the food court was friendly kind and efficient. Makes my two mile walk to Target with my kid worth it. Sofar all the staff that have come to recognize me as a regular customer have been very personable. Thank you Target and staff for making my time with my kid enjoyable. As always I will be back.

This is a great Target store. Their staff up front are very conscientious and helpful. There are fewer personnel walking the department areas than I would expect, however. Sometimes it can be a bit difficult to track down an employee to find an item that you cant locate on your own, but it is more of an inconvenience than anything.

I dont know what it is about this location but I dont like it. It feels dirty and unclean. The employees are just kinda there, no care in the world. Huge lines a 1 register open along with a customer service return center. In addition to that the grocery side isnt that great and looks like it needs some help.

Very uneven. The store feels dirty and unkempt. Some visits are great, the next everything you are looking for is gone. The grocery part of the store is pretty blah. Good that Aldis has opened next door to give some competition. Staff is uniformly disinterested in moving at more than a snails pace

I go for the baby section mainly...everything is always nice and neat, there is usually a sale going on for clothes and the clearance area has a great selection as well, the store is clean and bright at all times and the customer service is awesome. I love my Target

Do Not Buy The Watermelon! It is gelatinous mush! What a mistake picking up a Watermush! Seriously! The employees were great and the store is clean. I hate they have more choices for womens shoes than mens. Theres only one isle of mens shoes and 4 isles for womens.

Very misleading signage, you really need to look at all the tiny print on their signs. Sale signs are in the wrong place giving the appearance of different items on sale. Wish I could post the pics of their bad signage on here.

I love this Target. Ive been going here for over 10 years now. This place has everything that I want and more. Prices are good and staff is great. Also the store is in good shape and is maintained pretty well. Nice Target!

I dont know why I continue to go to Target! I hardly ever find what Im looking for! Also, on this trip I purchased a gift card and was charged a $5 service fee! Sorry, but no one else does that! Im DONE with Target!!

the manager and the girl at customer service were RUDE RUDE RUDE! Wouldnt honor the price of the item I was trying to return and were extremely difficult. If there was a negative star rating, I wouldve chosen that!

Maybe Im just accustomed to the newer stores but this store just feels cramped and I just dont find what I need most times. Ive started to only go if the app says that they have in stock what Im looking for.

Items that I want are always in stock and the employees are always friendly. Even during a busy period (tax free holiday), the store had an efficient check out process setup and I was in and out in no time.
