I have been buying and sometimes selling items to Fox for over 45 years. It all started when my mother purchased a high school graduation gift for my older brother. Over the years we have never had an unpleasant experience. The store is owned and operated by 3 generations. I was recently in and made my first purchase from the third generation. His parents and grandfather have mentored him well. The experience was as pleasant as always. This is a family that knows their business, stays up with all the trends and makes you feel like family instead of a customer. Their quality, price and knowledge are the best. When you are looking to make a quality jewelry purchase this is the place to go. They have been in the same location for over 80 years in downtown Jacksonville. There is a reason they have survived over the years. It is their honesty, dedication, knowledge and personnel service.

I have been dealing at this store for years and have had nothing but good honest dealings from these wonderful people. The owners have always taken the time to be pleasant. They have always given me the best merchandise and the best prices in town. I continue to go back every 2 or 3 months to see what they have new in the store and I am not disappointed. I take my jewelry in for repairs also - you cant beat that either. For the best in Service, Quality, Honesty...this is the store for you. You cant beat it.

This gentleman who bought my gold was incredibly rude and unpleasant. I also asked about having a ring repaired and he commented that it wasnt worth the value. (It was my class ring.) He seemed rather bored with my business, but he doesnt have to worry because I will not be returning.

The sales clerk who is the old Caucasian male in there was a jerk. He had bad customer service and lied about the worth of my jewelry. I was solely in theregards to do a test of the customer service at this location and they FAILED BIG TIME. I would not suggest going here ever.
