Yes, that is correct! The manager has an attitude problem and should not be dealing with customers. They provide bad service and there are communications problems with the staff; they do not seem to agree in Kay policies. One person tells one thing and the other will tell you something else. I am very dissapointed with this place which I though it was a serious store. I have spent so much money in that store and it is just not fair for me as a customer to be treated the way me and my wife are treated in that place. Every time we go there is a problem. They lie about when the items are going to arrive, I suppose they do it just to sell, but they do not realize the damage they do to their business. We bought a citizen watch and I needed to order a couple of links to make the bracelet bigger and the assistant mgr. Told me it would only take two days to get them and she will call me when they arrive and waited almost three weeks and never called me, I had to call the store inquiring about the order and this time they said it would take about three weeks, I got tire of waiting and the unprofessionalism of the staff so I returned the watch. Before that we had another similar event with a diamond ring that I ordered on December and they never called me and waited for two months, a ring we were supposed to receive in one week and a similar thing happend with two diamond rings we ordered for this past Valentine day; we almost did not have our rings to celebrate! ...very dissapointed!!

My boyfriend and i have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars at kays every year and EVERY SINGLE TIME i go into teir store the sales girls are extremely rude to me.They have the worst attitudes ive ever seen!I had a ring fixes once and i got it back all scratched up and when i said something they said "oh thats how you gave it to us."which IS NOT TRUE.And they wouldnt do anything to fix the issue.also last week i receieved an email telling me to come pick up my ring(a diffrent ring) well when i got there i was asked to sign in so i did then i got in line.I waited 25 minutes for them to help one girl.mind you there are 5 girls working at this time.well then when its my turn the woman walks away and goes to help a couple that literally just walked in and were browsing!so i walked over and said mam ive been waiting quite a while could you please go by the list so i can get my ring andcmake it back to work.she replies "it doesnt matter its not your turn & there are five more people in front of you,ok thank you."with a snarky little attitude.Needless to say i was upset and left.then ive tried calling their phone for 2 days straight and nobody ever answers.they have the worst customer service in the world!They will NEVER get any more buisness from me,my man or my family!Their loss!If your thinking of buying jewelery i suggest you go somewhere else!

The staff at this store is extremely rude, that is with the exception of one employee. I have been to this store a total of 3 times. Each time it has been for the 6 month inspection of my ring. The only employee who is professional and courteous in this store is Crystal. She is Caucasian and she described herself as the "short Crystal" so there maybe more then one. Besides this employee, the rest of the staff is disgustingly rude. In particular I Claire who is one of the managers is a complete snob. There was a problem with my ring at one time. One of the stones were lose and they sent it away to get fixed. After 2 months of excuses I finally got my ring back. Mind you, I didnt receive a call. I had to call them. When I went to pick it up, Claire was so rude throughout the entire transaction. Every opportunity she got she reminded me that she "was one of the managers". It was such a distasteful experience that since that incident, even though I live in Kissimmee and this is the closest store for me to take my ring in for inspection, I refuse to go back there. I drive all the way to the Florida Mall and its completely worth it. The Kay Jewelers at the Florida Mall is great. Excellent customer service, professional, and courteous.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The customer service at this store is a joke. George will say anything to make a sale and get his commission. Unfortunately I didnt know this until after my purchase. I had to have a new ring ordered from Le Vian on 5/11/17. I was told I would have be ring by 5/15/17. Its even on my order and receipt. Ive called twice a week since 5/15 and was told oh give it a few more days. Until finally yesterday I was told something happened and it was on back order and wouldnt get to me until mid July. The amount of time isnt the issue as much as being lied to. No one ever once let me know the truth about what was happening. Horrible customer service. Im thinking of finding another jeweler and canceling this order. Just to never have to deal with Kays again. Still waiting on a return call from the district manager in orlando. Not holding my breath

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STORE MANAGER DOESNT KNOW THE COMPANY POLICY. Brought the ring for cleaning paid for a diamond to be replaced. Promised that it will be ready in 2 weeks. Come back 2 weeks later with no call and found out that jeweler unable to do the service because the ring was bought elsewhere. Worst thing is that 2 sales reps were helping us, as well as Allen the store manager was present and inspected the ring. Store manager does not know the company policy on service and repairs. Now we are 2 weeks short for our trip and dont have the ring fixed. Do not buy nor do business with this company. This was one of the worst customer service weve received, and the fault wasnt even ours.

Bought a ring for my girlfriend, put in the order for a specific color (pink) and had to wait 3 months for the order to come. Okay, no problem. Im pretty patient. 3 months pass, its time for me to pick up the ring and guess what? It comes in a completely wrong color (blue). At the time, I was nice and just had them put another order again, but I had to wait another 3 months. They didnt even bother to compensate me or offer me any customer reimbursement. I dont go to any Kay Jewelers anymore.

My fiance bought me an open heart necklace, within the 2 years Ive had it, Ive had to have it fixed 4 times. You would think theyd just replace the necklace. Once again I brought it in to be fixed. It was supposed to be ready on the 13th yet I havent received a phone call or email & nobody ever answers the phone. Kay used to be my favorite yet I refuse to make another purchase based on this issue.

The manager of this store has a bad attitude! She was more interested in talking to her boyfriend who has hanging around in the store! I heard several cuss words from employees during my visit and I felt very uncomfortable - like unless I was buying a high end piece I wasnt welcome. One older lady sighed at me every time I asked a question, like I was bothering her. Customer service sucks!!
