Love this place! What a great addition to this neighborhood! Organized and very clean! Ive always used CVS, Rite-Aid or Walgreens...until I found out about this pharmacy. Its my first time using a compounding pharmacy, and I wish I had known about them years ago. Amy is AMAZING! She proceeded to give me a detailed consult with all the side effects I should be aware of and how long it would take for my symptoms to subside. She really takes the time to explain everything to you in detail. I have been going to them since their grand opening and have referred all my friends and family to them as well. I never had a problem with refills or other new prescriptions, they have my name and my doctors information on file and all I have to do is call and let them know I need my meds and theyre ready. Its nice having a neighborhood pharmacist who has your best interest in mind.

I was surprised to see that excellent customer service still existed. I drove around town and stopped into at least 15 other pharmacies who were quick to say that they couldnt help me out. Honestly I was beginning to think I wouldnt be able to get my scripts filled, then I stopped in to Veracity. I have to say that if you live in the area and use another pharmacy then you are doing yourself and your family a huge disservice. In addition to the excellent customer service they also had the best prices too. A winning combination as far as Im concerned. No reason to go elsewhere, if you have scripts to be filled go to Veracity!

Excellent customer service and a pharmacist that truly cares about people. You will not find this level of service at any of the big retail pharmacies.
