I moved to the area from NY. I have gone to Publix many times only to wonder, once I got home from the store, what I had spent my money on?.. because I was broke and barely had food. I struck up a conversation with a guy down here about this and how much more it costs to grocery shop here in Fl v.s. back home. He then told me about Superior Meats and how he found it one day and swore by it ever since. I took his advice and checked out the place and at the most NY strips are 5.99 lb go on sale for as low as 3.99 lb that Ive seen and way more appealing than the meat Ive found at publix and penn dutch and contrary to Penn Dutch boneless skinless chicken breast isnt floating in a gallon of chicken blood-slurry and the ground beef doesnt have the gamey flavor I found the ground beef at Penn Dutch to have. If you live in Broward county and havent purchased meat here what are you waiting for Superior Meats is a gift from god to those who enjoy good quality food and have to budget their money aswell as the placee to go if you want to bring the biggest steak to the BBQ I love this place!

Ever since moving into the Riverland area, finding Superior Meat was a great blessing. Why is hamburger $5.99 a pound at the grocery store when you can get it for $2.99 at Superior? Okay, you have to endure the "meat market" smell present, but its well worth it. The meat staff are a bunch of great guys who are super helpful and dont complain when people (like me) ask for five 1 pound packages of beef and that the breasts be cut and packaged in packages 1 half breast-per package. Okay, its a little ghetto. But friendly, great prices and super convenient location make it all worthwhile.

Superior Meat Co is a great place. The store, and the staff are dedicated to please customers, I have been in this place many times, while I was living in South Florida. Most recently, I visited the store, as a vendor, I installed 5 awesome scales manufactured by us, DIGI. Superior meat has always being a great customer, and is very appreciative of our brand. I cant tell you how much this store has saved for me. All my life Ive been buying from publix and win Dixie and this store has all the same stuff for so much cheaper. Plus fresh meat that you can pick yourself instead of pre wrapped stuff like the other stores. Great prices and fish meats. Never shopping anywhere else.

The place is just straight up awesome. Compared to publix everything is on sale, The people are great that work there. Its a gem in some what of a blue collar type of hood. I found this place and have told everyone I know about it. They also also have a great variety of vegetables and rice. You gotta check it out.
