The manager Ray is extremely rude, lack tact, professionalism and customer service. I was in the store to shop for a needy family for the holidays and needed to exchange some items. He questioned why I was exchanging them and why I didnt shop on a different day, all while huffing, puffing, and rolling his eyes. They then began to ring up over $70 worth of toys that I was purchasing and I tried to stop them so I could split the order to apply my coupons, but they had already scanned everything. I politely apologized and asked if they could split the order so I can use my coupons, and Ray started huffing and puffing again, explained to me how much work that would be and loudly exclaiming that I should have said something sooner. He was obviously very upset over the situation. I kindly apologized again and asked him why he keeps huffing and puffing and being so rude, when he elevated his voice, exclaiming that that he had not even started being rude to me yet. I explained to him that its the holidays and he shouldnt be so rude to people. He kept getting louder, basically yelling at me that he wasnt being rude, while also huffing, puffing and rolling his eyes (mind you, this is not a 16 year old boy, but rather a grown adult man in maybe his 50s). I was so appalled by his lack of tact that for the only time in my entire life, I left a store with all items at the register and didnt purchase a thing. I sat in my car, devastated, at how cruel and rude someone could be, when all I was trying to do was help someone in need. I will NEVER shop in this store again and I hope that Ray undergoes the proper training to work around customers, let alone management training. I feel bad for the girls that work under him. Im sure that if he treats customers in a rude manner, that he couldnt possibly treat his employees kindly, and by the experience I had, he doesnt.

Nice store but AC was on the fritz!!! A hot (weather wise) shopping experience. Would have gotten more stars had it been cooler. Hello, it is August and in South Florida.... we need our AC!!!

Pretty good place I do like the Dollar Tree the best though but Dollar General is okay to get so few items balloons birthday cards exedra last minute stuff
