Terrible! Waited in the checkout line for crappy customer service! Being one that works in customer service I know how to greet any customer. Walked up mentioned to her that I was looking for a specific magazine, gave her the name and then she points for me to ask someone in customer service. She doesnt apologize for wasting my time, turns around and walks away. I had to thank her for the lack of customer service. So to the older grandmother with the short white hair, because of you Ill be taking my business to Amazon.

Book stores are a dying breed, but this place is a good spot to find recent books and magazines. I typically read non-fiction, business-related books and this place usually has a great selection. I usually grab a stack and make my purchased decisions while enjoying a latte from the Starbucks inside.

I was very upset to learn that when my husband went to this Barnes and Noble with our two sons, a book with profanity in the title was on display for all to see. This is very disappointing from a company that I thought had more class and respect for children.

The store is very well stocked and taken care of (clean and fresh) with a huge selection. They have many types of books, from murder mystery to train nonfiction. There is a reason B&N is the last major bookstore chain.
