Buena atención, excelentes productos. Pero increíble q hice una compra de casi 2000 pesos y tuve q devolver la mesa de manicure pq quería algo más grande y ya había votado la caja, a la hora de regresarlo me dijeron q por no tener la caja me descontaban un 15% de lo q costó la mesa. Tanto luche q me lo dejaron en un 10%. Waoooo por una caja me quitaron casi 50 pesos. Eso no debería ser, la propia tienda debe tener como todas las demás sus propios envases. Me fui muy disgustada por eso.

They have good products, but a little expensive. You can find all those product online (Amazon.com) at much better price. Be aware also of the double charge in some product without your notice it. For some reason it happened to me that the cashier person scanned my merchandise but I wasnt be able to see the cashier-computer price and then my credit card came with double charge in those products. Be Aware!!! Ask to seen how much is each product theyre going to scanned (sometime they dont give you the offer if the product is on sale) I called my credit card to complain and they gave me my money back. You have the right to see the price of each product you are going to pay.

Great selection of beauty devices and accessories, but the staff is not rushing to help walk-in customers. Each lane is assigned to a specific staff member, and that one person usually gets swamped during peak hours. I feel they need some more training in customer service. And if youre a male client thats not a hairdresser, good luck in getting their attention.
