I live about two and a half hours from the shop but being that I was going to be in town for something, I figured what better place than Daytona to get my belly button pierced. So, I have a terrible phobia of needles but have wanted this done for awhile now and spent the week before watching countless videos on youtube so I would know what to expect. I also googled shops in the area and this one came up as the best one and there was even a discount if you mentioned the site. The time finally comes and I walk in to the shop and all I see is this guy sitting on a couch so I say hello and get nothing out of it but Im too nervous to really think anything of it. Then a guy behind the counter asks what I want done and I go on about how I went online and saw that the reviews for this shop had the best things to say and everything was super clean because online it says to mention that and youll get a discount, but the guy doesnt even acknowledge any of it just asks me to fill out the paperwork and hand over my ID. As Im filling it out, the guy Im with says to the guy that Im really scared of needles hoping theyd offer the numbing spray so I wouldnt feel it, but again, no response. The guy comes back and grabs this bottle, sprays it in the air and says "you do that four times a day to your piercing, you want it?" and expecting that Im not going to get the discount, I dont want to spend anymore money than I have to so I ask if its necessary and I get this death stare and "Well, what else are you supposed to use?!" Finally its time for the piercing and Mr. Personality is the one whos going to do it. He tells me to put my shirt in my bra, arms straight down, and stand straight up and the guy Im with is rubbing my arm to calm me down and the piercer tells him to stop which really pissed me off even more. Then I laid down as instructed and bam it was over and all he says is dont forget your stuff on the counter and he vanishes. I received no paper work on aftercare, I dont know how long Im supposed to spray this fancy spray on, and I cant even address the guy by a name because I was never told one. It just seemed like I was ruining his entire day by being there and he seemed incredibly rushed for somebody who had nobody in his shop. Its a good thing I have friends that have their belly buttons pierced and that I have asked for proper care on because he certainly was no help. And for the record, if you do decide to go, you dont need the fancy $15 spray, just warm water and salt mixed are fine, save your money because apparently there is no discount like their website says.

Ken may be my new best friend! He pierced my right daith a few weeks ago and did a fantastic job. Hes got a great hand and eye for piercing. I had it done after several recommendations that it could help with my chronic migraine problems. I was totally skeptical and thought it a completely screwball idea, but thought it was an awesome looking piercing even if it didnt work. Imagine my surprise, 30+ years of chronic migraines and I havent had one single right side migraine since I had the right side done three weeks ago. Not one!!! I was so freaking ecstatic over my awesome results that I went to have the left side done today. I dont know if it works for every chronic migraine sufferer, but it worked for me and the results were damn near immediate. I did start with the side that I had the worst migraines on, gave it a few weeks to heal, then did the other side. I dont know if Id get both side done at once, especially if youre a side sleeper...might not bother you if youre a back sleeper though. I will warn you all though, this is not for the faint of heart. I have a really super high pain tolerance. Id personally rate the right side in the 1-2 pain range and the left in the 3-4 (funny enough, the difference is because I could hear what was happening on the left...Im partially deaf on the the right side). I think the average person would probably think it much more painful than that. I advise you bring a driver just in case you are squeamish or get nauseated from needles. Pricing is about what I would expect. Just an FYI, if you want the H2Ocean piercing aftercare, you can get the 4oz bottle on Amazon for around $11.00. The 1.5 oz one is actually about the same price once you add shipping though.

I came to get three roses with medium shading on my upper left arm and ended up paying $260! My arm is slightly bigger than a twig and the lady thats responsible for all the paperwork lied to the owner saying that was going to get a half of sleeve. I was pleased at first with the work that Rob did, but after about two months I decided that I wanted some more art work around my arm because a tattoo can always have more added to it. So I came back to the store and one of the other tattoo artists was very helpful but told me that Rob was working with a client and wouldnt have time to discuss anything. The next day I called and made an appointment and came in a few days later and started talking to Rob about some more detail and he was trying to make me pay over $100 when I had already paid $260 just for a quarter of a sleeve the other tattoo artist seemed to be upset listening to me and Robs conversation because he knew that the lady at the other shop had ripped me off. Rob ended up so pissed off that he walked outside to smoke a cigarette and after about 7 minutes went by I left because obviously he didnt care about satisfying his customer. I will NEVER come back to this tattoo shop and I will tell everyone that I know that plans on getting a tattoo to go to a better shop because this one is only good for ripping people off. I came from New Smyrna Beach just to end up leaving the shop within 10 minutes.

Id actually rate this place a zero. This is our last day of vacation and my daughter and her friend wanted to get henna on their hands. I searched online and found this shop 18 mins from where we were whose website says they do henna. The first thing that annoyed me is after the guy at the counter introduced us to his "henna girl" she asked the girls how old they are, they tell her they are 16 and she has the nerve to say "Oh, you guys should get your noses pierced!". I should have known not to let them procede with it after the "henna girl" kept saying "I can TRY to do that." and "Heres where I practiced on myself, but I messed up." Instead of traditional henna tattoos they had to pick flash off of the wall. Wtf?! So now they have jacked up, uneven, crooked henna over blueish purple bleeding stencil on their hands. I would never recommend this shop to anyone! The guy at counter says, "Thats what happens with henna when theres too much detail." What detail?! They picked the simplest designs because they were dead set on getting henna before we go home, and now it looks like they doodled on their hands with a magic marker! I really wish I could post the pics on this review!
