My husband and I both got tattoos from this place at the same time and we would never go back. The old guy did mine which came out nice but he has no personality and he needs better hygiene. I was trying to hold my breath the entire time. My husbands tattoo is horrible. The daughter did his and the ink is everywhere. There are no straight lines and the letters are all different sizes and not lined up. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to leave there feeling nauseous from his smell or leave with a really bad tattoo.

Two of my friends had piercings done here and both were messed up and now they have to take the piercings out and let them heal for at least a month before they can get them redone, if they even want to that is. Didnt mention much of anything about aftercare, I got a tattoo done there and they didnt say anything about aftercare at all. I wont be going back anytime soon

Got my tragus pierced from here and they put a regular ear ring in it instead of a bar . Eventually had to take it out . Do not come here this isnt the only incident went to another piercer and while i was there another person was was a getting a belly button piercing fixed because highlander tattoo piercer messed it up . careless service . very disappointing.

Got tattoed by his daughter, Xena, and pierced by Monica and I absolutely love both of my new additions! Very proffesional and caring staff that make you feel like a part of the family. Not sure why some of the last reviews made such rude comments, my tattoo and piercings are perfect and straight, no mistakes. Defintely coming back here!

I got my nose pierced and they talked to me the entire time. it literally took two seconds for the entire piercing part and I watched them take a out a new needle and it was all very clean and just a great experience all together. Definitely recommendable

Me and my sister went to get the Christina piercing and it went really great! I watched him take out brand new needles and he made sure it wasnt crooked. Made me laugh through the entire process, I took my friend to them that same day.

The worst.. Messed my piercing up. Had to go elsewhere & get redone. Rookie mistake that a professional piercer noticed right away. Waste of money & pain. Just because you know how to tattoo doesnt mean you know how to pierce.
