I called and spoke to the young lady that answered the phone about my situation and after placing me on hold for a brief moment, she returned with a solution! My daughter was staying in a resort out of town and turned 30 years old today and I wanted to send her a small bouquet of flowers. Samantha asked how much I had to spend and when I told he she said it was not normally handled in this manner, but she had an arrangement made to fit the budget. They went out of the way to balance everything out to stay in the budget and were as kind and gracious as I could have ever asked a person to be. They even called me after it was delivered! Customer Service was above and beyond awesome! Keep up the great job folks, I see why you are working on your 21st year of business! Job well done!

My mother received what looked like flowers shoved in a vase. There was no pretty round uniformity or fullness to what she received and it definitely did not look like what I ordered. I ordered the Premium Cotton Candy right off the Flower Corners website. Their website shows 3 variation pictures to choose from. Standard, Deluxe and Premium. With each upgrade the fullness increases. While I understand them having to vary on colors the fullness and amount of flowers should resemble what they are showing on their webpage. I will NEVER order flowers from them. When I called to state that it wasnt full or uniform the lady told me to put them outside and then hung up on me.

I contacted them very last minute for flowers since my daughter waited till day of the prom to ask me about a boutineer. I contacted four florists all of which refuse to help. I know it was asking alot! But, when I contacted these lovely ladies they agreed to wait for us. I rushed out the door in a flash not easy for someone disabled. I absolutely adore how kind they were to help us and the flowers were exquisite!!!! Love This place. Bless you all

Very disappointed in the size of the arrangement of flowers I ordered for my wife for Valentines Day ( Endless Romance) and paid $76 for a deluxe arrangement. Their on line pictures really dont give you a good perspective of what you actually get. Definitely not a good value. I think we could have bought a larger arrangement with more flowers at Publics market for about $15 to $20. Not going to be a repeat customer.

My niece sent me flowers from this company, she specifically asked for roses, what I got was half dead white and yellow american spray,an orange bow, and 2 dead tea roses, in a small glass vase,obviously not done by a professional florist on complaining she was meet by a rude and unhelpful assistant, who did offer to do the order again, however there was no way I was going to accept this low standard again.

The florist is very rude, was not able to get anything accomplished, and she could care less if you need something done. On the other hand, the tea room was cute and staff seemed friendly.

Excellent tea room -- which is very hard to find in the USA -- and professional and compassionate florists whose work is beautiful and individual. Highly recommended.
