Use someone else!!!!! I placed my order through the Flower Hutch website in an attempt to "buy local." The flowers were to be delivered the Saturday before Mothers day, and they were never delivered, despite the fact that I been charged. When I called to follow up, I was given no explanation for this oversite. I was then told that I could have the flowers delivered that day, but it would not be what I ordered, or the following day to get what I actually ordered. No apology offered what so ever. No offer to deliver the flowers at a reduced rate as it was their fault that my gift was not delivered on time. Instead the man on the phone was extremely rude and informed me that he did not want to have me as a customer. The Flower Hutch must be a very lucky organization that they are so busy that they can turn away customers during a recession. They also did not know how to refund my payment, so I will have to do that myself, also. Terrible experience.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. "Hated it" is an understatement; did not even try to accommodate the customer after complaints. I was told that the flowers were fine, and that was what I ordered. They looked nothing like the pictures online. For 75$ they should not be dead or wilted. They told me they would not replace them. The owner told me that she stands by her designers choices. There should have been seven nice roses and I got four mostly dead ones. The help I received from 1-800-flowers was exceptional. I suggested that they removed Flower Hutch from their list of area florists. The funeral home said the same thing. ENOUGH SAID.

Ordered flowers from here recently.never again.lady was very rude.said she was owner..when the flowers were delivered they were wilted badly.only had a few flowers in vase...called again on Monday morning telling her what the flowers looked like.she disputed my way.I told Her I had pictures..she said she would look order up and call me back..never did.I called her 5 hrs later asked for supervisor she said she was owner and knew who I was.she would send flowers tomorrow but Im not putting them in a vase..I didnt want anything for nothing I wanted what I paid60.00 for.colonial florist from now on...

This was the first and last time with the Flower Hutch. I placed my order online for this Mothers Day. They called me the next day at noon and said that they could not fill my order for Mothers Day. I was told that they did not have the time or capacity to fill my order (which was a $70 Rose arrangement) The florists tone was crass and flippant towards me. After reading the other reviews, perhaps a blessing in disguise! Was too late to place another order with another florist. Thanks for nothing:(

I purchased flowers online and when they were delivered they looked nothing like how they were advertised. The were hanging over the edge of the vase. When I called to complain the owner called me the b word. I am absolutely offended at this situation and being an unhappy paying customer I was not only refused my refund, but I was also called an unnecessary, derogatory name. Do not shop here, it is not worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Extremely displeased with this florist! Flowers not delivered on time, over half of the arrangement contained carnations, even though the florist was specifically asked to use NONE, arrangement was cheap and generic. So many better florists in the Akron area!!! (i.e. Every Blooming Thing, Richards, Dietzs) Dont waste your time with "Flower Hutch"!!!!!

Ordered flowers from their website for my wifes birthday. Although I messed up the ordering process, and accidentally ordered the flowers twice, the store was very patient and understanding and did not charge me twice. The flowers arrived quickly, and were beautiful. Thanks for the help and the lovely flowers!
