Update- 5 Stars to 1 August 30,2017 5:10-5:20 PM; I entered the store and the first thing I see is one of the employees on his phone(Silver iPhone).I didnt think much of it there werent any costumers. As we talk about my problem he continues to use his phone and didnt help at all. Then he look to be frustrated. He expected me to know everything (thats why Im asking questions). He then threw the product down when I told him just give me my money back Ill go somewhere else.The costumer service had been going down. One thing they should keep in mind is that if give bad customer service you impact the way the company looks. [Previous Review]-Very helpful, they answered every question we asked and the guy was sincere and told us his opinion on how to fix the problem.

i was looking for an ac flushing kit. kid that was working there acted like i was bothering and just pointed towards a rack that i had already checked and did not have the item. i asked him if he could check thw system and he insisted on checking on the rack which he and i checked AGAIN. i asked him again if he could please check the system and he made a facial expression as if it was too much to ask for. who the hell hires these people?

I WENT TO THIS PLACE WAITING 15 MINUTES FOR THIS GUY JASON TO CAME UP TO HELP ME PUT A COMPUTER TO CHECK MY SUV HE FINALLY CAME OUT AND HE PUT COMPUTER READ IT FOR HIM AND DIDNT TELL ME NOTHING I ASK HIM AND HE SAID I GUESS YOU NEED A TUNE UP AND I WAS LIKE WOW !! I live in Haines city half way between Auto Zone and this store. This store is the better one for friendly customer service. They are always willing to help were Auto Zone does not. If fact Auto Zone employees hide in the back when you need help.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Lets start with the customer service. Oh wait, I cant, because there wasnt any. The employee I spoke with was rude, rushed and useless. The line was ridiculous. Save your time, go to Auto Zone.
