Managing a small apartment property, its not often when something breaks down. But when it does, I usually haunt the big name brands (Lowes, Home Depot, etc) for repair or replacement items. That ends today. From the moment I called Raybro and Sean answered the phone, I knew I had found my new go-to place for everything electronics. Sean gave me extremely easy instructions on how to get to Raybro. I found it...no problem. Its usually those out of the way places that you pass by every day, but pay no attention to that holds ALL the gold. The store is so clean and well stocked. Fred and Seans smiling faces were there to greet me AND had my emergency lighting waiting for me on the counter when I walked in. I didnt have to walk up and down unfamiliar aisles to find what I needed. Sean was in my head! He knew what I needed. And affordable! I was expecting to pay a lot more than what I did for emergency lighting. I walked away a happy man with emergency lighting promising to return again and again to my own personal, private electrical outlet mall. (even though I know its everyones place....Sean and Fred made it seem like it was my own) Job WELL done. What was threatening to be a stressful morning turned out to be a 15 minute job. And 10 of those minutes were spent thanking the team at Raybro. You guys rock. Thank you.
