SUPER NICE - FAMILY- I have been a customer of Visioncare in Cooper City for a few years. Initially my son got his glasses there and Daniel was super nice and patient. Working with him to get the right look and the best fit. My son went off to college and accidently damaged his glasses. Daniel took care of him over the phone and between the two of them shipped the repaired glasses back to school quickly. I just had an exam this past weekend. The Dr. is super courteous and extremely easy to comunicate with. She explains everything she is doing as she does it and exactly what the purpose of that test is for. I got my new updated prescription and Daniel is getting me new lenses for my existing frames. I like my frames and neither of us saw a reason to spend more on a new frame. They are not pushy - at all. They are so much better than going to those megastores. Chances are who ever you see one month is gone 6-months later. Here you can have a long term relationship. This is a great benefit that you dont value until you experience it. They are extremely patient and work with you to maximize your insurance benefits. I have told my friends about them and many have already been there and agreed that they are a great group to work with. Their hours are very convenient, too.

Dr. Sicoia and staff treated my dad and I with such care and promptness! It was our first time there but they made our experience feel as if we were part of the family. The technology that Dr. Sicoias office has is outstanding! Its all very advanced! The office is a wonderful environment; its neat, organized, and well lit! I am so happy that we were recommended to Dr. Sicoias office! I have always dreaded going to the eye doctor but now I am excited I found a doctor who is professional, explains everything you need to know, and who is also very caring! This is very hard to find in South Florida!

My daughter, son and myself went in for our eye exams with Dr. Sicoia, since we moved to Cooper City. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Dr. Sicoia did a very thorough exam on my kids and I and you can tell she works really well with children, but also took the time to explain everything she was doing and checking for, with me. I had an eye exam at another practice last year, but I feel like this was MUCH better. She is very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking.

For many years, I have use Cristina Sicoia, O.D at Visioncare in Cooper City for my eyes examinations. She has always been very professional and very thorough. She has been very patient in answering all my questions and I have never felt rushed. In addition, her staff of Daniel and Lily have been very friendly, accommodating and professional. In a very patient manner, they have always helped me to chose my right glasses. I recommend their practice very highly

This was my first visit to Visioncare. The staff were very courteous and professional and made the first impression of their office very positive. Dr. Sicoia did a great job of explaining the process and screening procedures that she would be doing. She also offered up several options to improve my vision in my daily routine. Based on the great reviews posted I thought that this would be the place to go to for getting an exam done for contact lessons. I called to schedule an appointment and the guy quoted me $250 for the exams, training and follow up care. I have never heard of such a thing. Just because I dont have insurance and just because I said that I dont wear contacts doesnt mean that I am stupid. I have worn contacts for years and dont need training. SMH.

I had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Sicoia at the time I was woriking for the State of Florida. I had left for another job, but came back to the State. The first thing I did was to make sure that I came back to see Dr. Sicoia because of their excellent service and skills. My whole family sees the doctor and are very pleased.

Very thorough and explained in detail everything about my examination. I had a previous examination at a different opthamologist about three months earlier and through this examination discovered previous examination prescription was slightly off (not completely accurate).
