Ive shopped at this CVS for years because of the friendly environment. The old manager Jim was always pleasant and so was the staff. The staff is always helpful, unfortunately the new manager is horrible. Ive been there several times and she always seems like she does not want to be bothered. I asked is something was on sale and she says, " Idk, well if it is it will come up" I guess, thats what she calls customer service. I will be looking for another CVS to shop at.
