NANCY PATE

My 17 year old went there today. To drop of clothes and blankets. She waited outside for about 20 mins then went inside to get someone. She was met with major attitude. It had stopped raining it was drizzling. The women made her feel ashamed for making an employee help her. She refused to take the blankets cause they werent in a trash bag. They were large and folded. Im sure she was only this rude because she was a teenager. I will never donate there again.

I do love going to Goodwill, but my biggest gripe is that many of the items that should be available are posted to the ShopGoodwill site. This is true for all the SWFL stores. This makes finding a true treasure by virtue a non-starter since they will auction it off online versus stocking their shelves. At least for items that I am personally interested in

Usually go to find a specific item...most of the time Its there and low priced. EX: Bought a Calvin Klein black wool jacket. Bought signed framed art watercolor. Bought white porcelain soap dish. Love donating things I no longer use or choose to downsize. HELPFUL, FRIENDLY STAFF.

Sometimes, you can find exactly what you are looking for. However, in most cases.... Walmart is cheaper and you are getting a "brand new" item. Really wish that they would just throw away anything with holes & stains! Very friendly staff.

Its clean, the staff had a smile, and the bathrooms were clean. The selection was poor, the prices were high, and there wasnt enough variety. Not one to go to if youre looking for the good stuff.

Parking is small, getting out of the parking lot is an issue too. This particular location has 95% clothes and shoes, 1% electronics, 2% books, 2% childrens toys. Nothing of interest here for me.

Friendly staff but very short handed something items had great prices and others items you would think it was gold compared for the price.

Gone a bit down hill on their pricing. Used to be able to get great deals. Not so much now and the staff os not as freindly or personal

I always find something here! Clothing selection is pretty awesome and there are good books and housewares as well.

A smaller goodwill but still a nice selection. The prices though are a bit high for a thrift store.
