I have shopped at this store for cigars for the past year and a half. The store has a good selection of cigars at reasonable prices. Until recently, staff have been courteous and helpful. My past two visits within the past month or so have been quite a different experience. The same employee waited on me during both of my cigar purchases. He neither greeted me when I entered the shop, nor addressed me when I went to check-out at the counter, except to ask if my card was debit or credit. In each instance, he returned my payment card by flipping it onto the counter and did the same with the cigars I purchased, rather than handing them to me. That not the way I treat cigars nor would I expect a tobacco store employee to present my purchase. That was my last purchase at Tobacco Depot. For a few dollars more I can purchase the same cigars online and get better customer service.

Im from out of town. This little spot has everything you need to feed your fix if you are away from your hometown humidor; cutters, lighters and a sizable well kept humidor. There is even a lounge with some leather chairs and non-alcoholic beverages. The staff were helpful and very friendly. You should definitely find one of your favorite sticks here and honestly priced. I bought some cheap unbranded single cigars because I wanted to try something I could not get at home. Not disappointed for less than $4 a stick, but they have premium brands too. As a bonus, there is a liquor store next door...

I was bullied by the store manager Carolyn. She treats customers like peeons. I found her unfriendly and obnoxious. She would make malicious and embarrassing remarks infront of other customers. She would close the shop to walk her dog and take her time doing it. When I finally confronted her on her bullying tactics she banned me from the store!.... Now I spend my money at the corner store. They are happy to have me as a regular customer. When Bob and Sue ran the store it was great. -- No stress. -- The rest of the staff is fine..

I am not sure what the last reviwer was talking about...but I have been a customer of this store for 5+ years and Carolyn and the entire staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful....in fact they know what I want without me even asking. I have never seen the store closed when it is supposed to be open. Carolyn has been nothing but friendly to everyone I have ever seen her interact with.

Great shop and staff! The walk in humidor is half the size of the shop with an extensive selection. The fellas were very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to finding a product to fit my taste. I will definitely do business with them again. Thanks
