SCREAMED AT BY CASHIER NAMED MYRNA: Sounds impossible to believe, but we were quietly and patiently standing in line behind a woman who was checking out. There was one woman in front of us, and one cashier working. It was by no means a busy time. All of the sudden the cashier looks up and yells around the customer she is assisting at us that the line didnt start there and ordered us to go three cashiers down, and did so in an incredibly nasty tone. We look at each other in disbelief and slowly walk three cashiers down, to an abandoned cash register. At which point Myrna yelled, "Next!" and we had to walk back to the exact same spot where we had been standing before. I said to my companion, "I guess we were in the right place the first time." Her attitude did not improve as she checked us out in silence, and did not bid us well as we left. It was the one and only time I have heard anyone…patron or employee…scream within the walls of a bookstore. A place where even children barely speak at a volume much above the gentle hum of a whisper. This woman, whose name I obtained from the tag hanging from her neck on a string, was hateful without provocation and so much so that I will never again patron the only bookstore within a ten minute drive of my home.

We go here constantly, its the only one in a 15 mile radius. But most of the employees are miserable people. Except for the tall blonde dude with glasses, who is a cashier. Besides him, everyone is unpleasant and any time we ask for help to find something eyes are rolled at us and it feels like we are a burden to the oh-so-busy booksellers. Today there was an event for Batman releases which we assume was supposed to be all day because the employee told us they "ended it early". There were free exclusive items and we were told they were in the back but the employee said "I dont know where they are sooo uhh haha yeah" and left it at that. Ummm? Go look harder. They were supposed to be out regardless. Anyways, we are annoyed that we couldnt pick up the exclusive items that shouldve been there but what are ya gonna do? We are used to the crappy service by now and are not surprised.

4/26/2012 Great bookstore to hang out in! Before school started, I happily used its Wi-fi to shoot a quick text to my math teacher concerning about my grade. Then me and my mom decided to walk around, my feet climbing up the stairs to the second floor where I found the 7th book (The Fire Ascending) to my faviourite series, Last Dragon Chronicles on hardcover! Amazingly, I brought it to the paying counter where our cashier, Ventus Hendricks helpfully assisted our short shopping session! Amazing bookstore! Will go again! :D

This Barnes and Nobles location is accompanied by a Starbucks and is very cozy to relax and study or just read a book. Staff are friendly and helpful with finding the materials you need. I would also like to add that this is a Barnes and Nobles of two stories. The wind can blow, and the sails can raise! Make a tower book by book until you are swaying at the second story of this Barnes and Nobles, and raise your well-read finger to touch the ceiling! This is your time!

I love this location. Whether youre there to peruse the selection or sneak in some free reading at the cafe, you will enjoy your time here. Though be warned that its proximity to the nearby high-school does make it a slightly rowdier scene during the couple hours directly after school. All in all, support this bookstore!

Its a big store, its got a ton of books and its one of the smoothest running Barnes and Noble stores Ive ever been in. I found everything I went in for, and then some. We enjoyed browsing, reading while having some coffee, and walked out with a bag of great books... everything I love about Barnes and Noble.

I love browsing Barnes & Noble when I have nothing to do. Little cafe (coffee not that good) Upstairs is where all the good stuff is. ** They have a great selection of classic books in hardback right now for $20 Everyone should give away gift cards to this place. Knowledge is power!

The book store is nice, helpful employees, but they dont have a self service desk which you can use to locate what youre looking for. Im not always in the mood to wait on the line or look for someone throughout the store who works there.
