I dont normally post reviews for an establishment, but tonight I was not happy. Today is the day before me and my wifes second anniversary. We are in town just for a couple of days, so I decided to Google search a place that sells good cigars. Unfortunately because of the location, this store showed up first. So because we wanted some wine to take back to our hotel, we decided to give this store a try. As we walk in the store manager hesitated to great us and offer a sample of this very noticeable cheap wine; We declined, and moved to the wine selection. Upon that arrival, I noticed their very small selection of Cigars, so I stop to examine them. To my surprise, the manager goes over to his store associate to tell him to "watch me..." I was very disturbed because he tried to whisper it but me and my wife clearly heard him. I am thankful that God blessed me with restraint and patience as I am examining these over priced, old Cigars that they are pushing to some poor customer out there. I decided to leave and give my business to another establishment. The point that I want to make at the end of the day is, that the manager assumed that because me and my wife are black, and I decided to not dress in a way that I would not be recognized for who I am to the community, we would want to steal his way over priced, cheap cigars. Side note: shame on the black store associate who was told to watch me and didnt say nothing. I understand that this could have been your only source of income, but at the end of the day where does your principal stand. Ill pray for you and the store manager but know I will never support your establishment and I will tell this to all that I know.

Our favorite liquor store in the city. We hail from Arlington just to go to Central Liquors to stock up on some of our favorite drinks and learn about others. The charming staff at Central Liquors always provides us with the best customer service and will even order for us if they do not carry a certain product. Weve even be able to get a better price by having them order it for us! They are very knowledgeable about what they are selling as well. Its nice to have a store like this that offers that personalized touch.

Central Liquor is the only place I shop. I’ve been coming here for years. The new owners are fantastic. They have one of the best selections of Scotch and Bourbon. The staff is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Plus, they can get you most out of stock items in a day or two. I highly recommend Central. Their wine tastings are great too.

Service, service service!! The new owners have really stepped up the game here! The staff is friendly, attentive and far more knowledgeable about their products than just about any store in the region. Their regular tastings and car events make Cl more than just a liquor store. Its a cool place to hang out!

Ive been searching all over town for a certain Bourbon. They didnt have it... He took my name and number and called me back a couple of days later to let me know that he had ordered it and I could pick it up at any time. Pretty cool !

They have awesome specialty items. I called over 15 wine and spirit stores but they were the ONLY one who carried Scrappys Bitters in lavender and cardamom! Great customer service.

Horrible almost nonexistent beer selection. Wasnt there for the liquor or wine. Just beer. Not a recommendation for beer enthusiasts.
