Im giving this place a one star rating. To start, the bathrooms were messy, water on the sink and toilet paper on the floor. The toilet seats look really damaged, scratched up and gross. Something you would see in a dive bar. I thought this was funny because there was a clean bathroom pledge sign on the bathroom wall. Then I went to order food. I saw it said "world famous chicken"; therefore, we ordered drum sticks, Mac n cheese, potato wedges and a chicken blt sandwich. We went and paid for the order and waited patiently for our food. We saw some people come and go were wondering why it was taking so long. I went and asked the person making food how much longer. His reply was, "we dont have Mac n cheese and we are out of lettuce and tomato." I asked why someone hadnt said something before now since we had been waiting for our at this point for over 10 minutes. He said he didnt know. So I went to the cash register to get a refund for Mac n cheese and ask if there was a price difference for the chicken BLT since they were missing the L and T. There isnt a price difference that was fine. However, the refund for Mac n cheese took a long time because they didnt have the appropriate buttons on their screen to complete this the right way. Another worker had to help out. Then I went back to the counter to get the food and the guy asked, "well do you still want the sandwich?" YES I DO! I told him before I left to get a refund. So, after everything I thought that my order would take priority! No! It did not!! He made two orders in front of mine. At this point, I had been inside this has gas station for 30 minutes!! We finally got our food and we got to car, went to eat the food it was terrible! The chicken sandwich was missing half the stuff we asked for mayo, salt and pepper, onions. The fried chicken on the sandwich was old and the batter was falling off. We also ordered drum sticks and a chicken strip. Both tasted like they were made hours ago. They were super tough and almost impossible to eat. Lastly, was the potato wedges; they were also old tasting, tuff, and cold. I also purchased the mango and strawberries that was with the fresh fruit/salad area. I asked one of the workers for a fork and she replied saying they were out of forks. I looked at the coffee counters for forks and there was sugar, coffee, misc stuff all over it. The mango was rip yet and the strawberries were mushy. The guy making food didnt have a beard hair net his beard. The store in general just seemed dirty and messy. The overall attitude of the employees seemed like they didnt want to be there and they didnt care. By the time I finally left the store I spent 47 minutes there. That is 1000% unacceptable for customer service!

Ordered 10 Piece chicken tenders...and was given 1 honey mustard dip sauce...when I asked for a few more they said I needed to pay extra...I told them I just purchased 10 chicken tenders "not my problem the deli worker said to me" I asked to speak with a manager... a very ignorant older woman with straggly hair and glasses was ten times more rude to me then the deli worker. when I told her I would rather cancel the order then purchase sauce that should already be included. The older woman said "do what you have to" then left me standing with the ticket in my hand... sad thing is I only wanted 3 total dipping sauces for all that chicken...and now you want to know the difference between Wawa and royal farms....hands down CUSTOMER SERVICE......PS The coffee is better a Wawa too!

This location gets a lot of traffic and sometimes the gas pumps can become hard to maneuver around. There is a car wash here which is a little smaller than some of the other locations but it does an OK job on your car. The menu at Royal Farms has gotten a little broader lately and I find the variety makes them even better than before when compared to similar gas/convenience chains in this part of the country.

The chicken is great when it is fresh, the customer service is AWFUL! You have to wait to get your order, machines are often out of order and coffee is rarely fresh. Unfortunately my son loves the chicken. Save yourself some frustration and travel to acme for fresh chicken or wawa for the rest.

Most of the people that work there need to take some serious customer service workshops and learn how to treat customers!!! They are down right rude and ignorant!!! I dont think they even deserve 1 star!!

Waiting over 30 minutes for chicken because worker cares about drinking there milkshakes and long line to check out. I used to work for them 25 years ago in MD never ran out chicken.

Quite dirty on the out side (litter scattered in the parking areas & cans over flowing). This and the station across the way were tied for cheapest during a big event weekend.

Employees do nothing but talk with eachother and cut right in front of you in line to pay for their order, poor customer service, the wawa in Simons corner is way better.
