I got there 1 minute late...I had already been to KoP, which closed 45 minutes early for a computer system upgrade. I arrived 4 minutes after they closed. Then I called Rosemont, and was half way there when they told me they were booked up. I was told over the phone by an employee at the Paoli location, no promises, but if I could get there in 10 minutes (I was en route with 11 minutes estimated on my GPS,) she would try to see me. I got there in 11 minutes. They closed at 7:30 and I was there at 7:16. Truly, I started signing in at 7:15. The sign clearly states that sign ups will end 15 minutes prior to closing. Okay, policies, sure, I get it. I was desperate because my 5 year old just needed an antibiotic for an ear infection, so I waited anyway. My 3 year old, meanwhile, starts getting restless and tries opening the door, at which point the NP or MD, or whatever she was, stated that they close at 7:30 (It was 7:20) and she actually told me to stop going to Minute Clinics, because they close at 7:30. She told me three times - stop going to minute clinics. Wow. Its like shes saying - dont expect any kind of customer service there. If you want customer (patient) service, go somewhere else.

They are the only pharmacy that doesnt offer $4 medications. I needed cipro after seeing there clinic. The doctor asked me if I wanted the script fill at my regular pharmacy which is Target or fill it there. I figured there since it was getting late plus its an inexpensive med. Well was I crazy wrong...they charged me $43 for a $4 med. I walked out and checked target and Wal-Mart list of $4 meds...and there was the med. I asked if I could return the meds they told me no...I wouldnt of cared if it was a couple dollars in difference but it was a $40 difference. So much for customer service...and Im in the service industry. If I had to rate the pharmacy it would be -5. The rest of the store was great but the pharmacy was terrible.

I waited 35 minutes for them to process two people in front of me. It is unbelievable how slow and incompetent the staff is. Today there were 6 people behind the counter and none of them seemed to be doing anything. They forgot to send my refill request to my doctor, as proceedure dictates, so i had to physically go to my doctor to make the request in person - quite a system. Ever since i have used this CVS, it has been the same experience every time I pick up my prescription. I don t understand why it takes so long to process a simple pick up, and at least tell the 5 other morons who are standing around doing nothing to help out! Worst pharmacy ever.

My husband just went there at 5:10 p.m. for the Minute Clinic. Posted hours are until 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. Why was it closed at 5:10 p.m.?? Our insurance covers CVS Minute Clinic so now because someone cant tell time, he has to go to Urgent Care and pay through the nose. And no, he cant wait until Monday when he has severe asthma and needs treatment as soon as an issue arises. Completely and utterly unacceptable.

My insurance requires I use CVS for Rx. I am going to go out of my way to find another location. The male Pharmacist and the one female tech are always miserable and arguing with angry customers. The female Pharmacist is pleasant and reasonable.

The nurse practitioner was SO SWEET and helped me get the meds I needed as quickly as possible. I will definitely be coming to this minute clinic again! Thank you!

When you are filling three different types of antidepressants for a customer, it is probably not wise to make a snarky comment about them! I will not be back!

Went to pick up my prescription, two hours after it was called - and not available for another few minutes, which ended being another 10 min of wait time.

The pharmacy department was open 9 hours today; the sign says 24 hour pharmacy. The sign should read 24 hour convenience store; pharmacy hours vary.

Been to this place for about a decade and I feel like every year they hire more and more super burned out/rude employees. Wow.

An average CVS. Not as well stocked or run as one of the companys newer, standalone locations. Awkward parking.
