James and Mark are THE best, bar none. They know their products inside and out. They are honest and when I have a problem with anything from paint to porcelain I can trust in their expertise to help me get the result Im looking for. They are very competitive when youre working with a budget, but I would use them regardless of whether theyre the lowest price, because I know if there is ever a problem, they dont leave you hanging. They solve whatever issue may arise. I will keep going to them over and over again because their customer service is, quite literally, the best. Ive never been so thrilled with the quality of service; and the friendly and relaxing demeanor of these guys makes me look forward to seeing them again for my next project. James and Mark, you guys are one of a kind. Its a pleasure to have found a store where the owners are so accessable and personable. Thank you for your time and expertise. We recently renovated our house and were so pleased to work with James and Mark from South Broad Paint Center. They helped us with the kitchen cabinets, bathroom tiles and paint selection. We found them to be extremely patient, knowledgeable and detail oriented despite our indecisiveness. We were also pleased with their competitive prices and efficiency (Mark provided us with numerous paint and tile samples and delivered them to our house on several occasions, and James was always available, provided 3-D renderings and responded quickly to our questions while also ensuring that the kitchen installation was going smoothly). Highly recommended! I went in there with an issue I was having with a certain paint that I had used in my bathroom. With out even seeing what was happening and just hearing the issue they were able to figure out what it was and helped me find the right product to fix it! James and Mark are great!
