I would give this place a lesser star review right now. I was there about 130pm today u got a coffee a couple candy bars for my kids and a $3 bingo scratch off. When I said I was using two different forms of payments but all one order she automatically took the scratch off off and I paid for my order then paid for the bingo scrathoff. I had my infant daughter with me and was a tad distracted. She "put everything in a bag including my receipt" when I finally got home later that day about 6pm I had no receipts and no scratch off. I called them a man answered and told me to call back tomorrow when a manager came in because he did not ring me up and there was nothing there. I asked who was the girl that was working earlier and he said kaci. Im not sure if she forgot to put it in my bag along with my receipts but I dont understand why she didnt leave a note on it saying that a customer may call since she forgot. Either that or it was intentionally and they are employing thieves which Id like to give the benefit of the doubt. But given the circumstances that everything was in the bag other then my receipts and a scratch off and there was nothing there. I put the bag in my purse and tied it and I guess Im partially to blame since I had a newborn with me that I was a little more concerned about

The girl who works overnight, kaci, is so sweet. And shes always busting her ass every time Im there. some people I know, and I, have gone at other times and there has been messes, cold coffee, no decaf and the cashier is on her phone and never responds to any friendly banter. They all look like they rather be elsewhere and I know worl sucks, but take pride in yourself! That one girl whos there always looks like shes smelling bad cheese. Decent customer service should not be hard to find, or do! Not everyone that works there is like this. its always clean and well stocked and theres always fresh hot coffee when kaci works. But not with other workers.this is why i only show up during her hours or early in the morning. The manager seems like a very sweet person and always greets me when I come in.. here are two girls that really carry this place.

Always friendly , professional and helpful.I stop by about 4 to 5 times a week and have been for over a year coffee is always fresh and customer service is excellent.Good job keep up the great work.
