Mixed experiences. First auto zone worker walked by and I asked for help putting in just purchased headlights for my BMW, had a look and said I dont work on these types of cars, too time consuming and walked away. Next guy who helped me pick out the lights in the store walked outside the store and said "you still here" and proceeded to install the lights for me. I would have a touch time installing it myself after seeing how he did it. Again mixed reaction

When I called, the person who answered was very rude. He forced and rushed the call and then he actually hung up on me. He acted very snippy on the phone as well. He even gave me inaccurate information, he told me something was free when it would actually cost money. I dont mind paying for something at all, but I need to know how much money to bring. In summary, go to the AutoZone in West Hartford over this one. The people in Manchester act like jerks.

My wiper fell off in the middle of the snow storm. To the three gentlemen who were working tonight 10/29/11. Thank you. Especially to the one fellow who in the mist of the snow storm, as the power went out put the clip on my wiper. Nothing but good karma. So grateful to you.

Worst place to buy anything for your car. Reason is the employee hired here lack professional hygiene, customer service lacks here too. Expect to wait 15min to 30min to just buy a simple rag. Employees walk by you like your not there!

Service is slow 75% of the time. This location removed the computer system when looking for light bulbs and wipers, looking through the books are a pain. Prices are cheaper than Napa.
