I believe the store managers name is Faith? Very unprofessional, and ghetto. Walked in for a return and she showed no interest into helping me. My product was opened but never used but she kept implying I can only make an exchange. When I asked why, her coworker on duty (not sure of his name, but he was light skinned with braids) interrupted and began yelling which then turned into a heated argument. I left to the Manchester location and they took care of me with no hesitation and no hassle. Have heard many situations like mine as well about this location & specific manager. Manchester or any other auto store would be your best bet, anything but this place.

Im from the South and I have a bit of a southern draw, the first time I went into this Auto Zone a man named Justin waited on me, I had several questions and he was very polite and helpful he made calls that he didnt have to for me just to locate what I needed, they will go above and beyond to help you there. Thank all of you Justin, Ebony, David all of you.

When ever I use this AutoZone location on the weekends, theres never enough help so I always end up spending 30mins to get anything.
