The Manager, I believe her name was Kat, overpromised and underdelivered. We met with her to create save the dates, and she never got back to us when she said she would. We always had to follow up on our own accord. Then she went on vacation after promising an answer within 24 to 48 hours knowing we were working on a short time frame. She was unable to provide adequate services regarding our requests and continually ignored our inquiries to find out more about how the process for creating proofs worked. Highly unprofessional. I would highly recommend looking somewhere else for your save the date or custom stationary needs.

Not a big card person, but this place did the trick. They seem like theyd be helpful around the holidays for things like wrapping paper too. The place was a bit cramped, but that tends to happen in the mall.
