AWFUL! The absolute worst. Ive had two experiences with this company and both were horrendous. Last summer, our SIX MONTH OLD husqavrna mower abruptly stopped working. Took it here to see what was wrong and how to fix it. $150 and SIX WEEKS later we finally get our mower back. Annoying, over the estimated price AND time. They told us they "replaced" the carburetor (they did not). We followed the EXACT directions they gave us to keep our carburetor running. Clean high grade fuel, stabilizer, empty it out, etc. Fast forward to this summer, same thing happens again. According to husqavarna, we have to use one of their certified husqavarna repair companies. So (regretfully, stupidly) we head back to Lock Stock and Barrel. Guess what? Its the carborator again. They quote us $80 to clean it. Fine. My husband goes to pick it up and they say (worker and manager) "well it took an hour and half." And charged us $150. NO ONE called to tell us, warn us, update us? This place is full of greedy workers who know when they can take advantage of people. We will NEVER be back and we will NEVER recommend you to any neighbors or friends. Zero stars.

I dont know whats up with any of these negative reviews. This place is great... Mary and Theron, both, are the nicest people ever! Especially, when it comes to working with them to purchase dog food, machinery and tools. They truly want to help you, not sell to you. I have 2 black labs and wont buy their food or treats anywhere else! Love the selection of healthy items for dogs. Lou and Theron just recently helped my husband and I purchase a NX4510 Kioti tractor. It was a very assuring and pleasant experience. Between the 2 of them they where VERY helpful and knowledgeable with every question we had. Its also great knowing how strong they are when standing behind their products. Keep it up LSB!!!

Just a showroom for expensive horsey-set accessories. Came in looking for Hills Science Diet, was told by a staff member that shed "never even heard of Hills Science Diet." Really? Theyve only been providing special diet pet food for 30 years. When I explained that I needed low-protein wet and dry cat food for cats with kidney disease, instead of showing me what they had, this staff person decided to give me a lecture on whats different about KD diets. Resigned myself to going to PETCO instead - not only did they have what I was looking for, but they were informed and friendly. Get it together Lock Stock & Barrel - are you a feed store or just a trendy shop for the horsey set?

Prices are too high and no one there is informative enough. If you want the best prices and service Head a mile down the road to Farrell sales. The business may not look like much from the outside but within that old building is Dick Farrell who is truly the horse whisperer! After 40 years in business he never disappoints and always beats competitors prices! If you need a saddle, bridal, feed for not only horses and Dogss and cats head down the road! My family and I love the man . Hes as honest and as fair as the day long. Been there over 40 years which speaks volumes about his work ethics!

I love this store. They have everything you can possibly imagine and its all quality merchandise. Mary is a sweetheart. I had major neck surgery and she always brought those heavy bags of bird food out to my car and loaded it for me. A very courteous friendly and helpful staff that will help you with anything. FIVE STARS and Im a customer for life.

I purchased a chainsaw. Got home and noticed I was overcharged. Called the store and they would not honor their price listed in store. They refused to honor their return policy as well. Terribly rude on the whole deal. 2nd saw in for service was not even looked at for 5 weeks. Never do business there again!

I have been to LSB numerous times and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. They have a huge selection of pet foods, which is the main reason why I like it. I also like the power equipment they have, although I have not purchased anything yet. Stop by and check it out!

Everyone from the owners (who are in the store often), to the knowledgeable staff at the equipment counter are great. This store is such a great resource to the area. I get everything from bird food, to chainsaws there. Their prices are right inline with online prices.

Great selection of quality dog food, including frozen raw which we used to have to go to Stratford for. All the essentials for care products too. Were very lucky to have such a quality store in the neighborhood.
