Really bad customer service in the pharmacy department. They filled my prescription incorrectly and let me go home with it. It wasnt until I looked at it at home that I realized it was the wrong medicine. When I came back up to drop it off they acted like it was my fault. Another instance they did not have the full amount of my prescription, only a few pills. I was leaving on vacation and asked why they didnt call me to let me know so I could have arranged to get it from a Walgreens in Lone Tree. Her exact words "we dont have enough people to offer that level of customer service". Nice!!!

Horrible customer service in the Pharmacy department. Dealt with rude pharmacists multiple times in person. Been hung up on after being on hold for long periods of time in the IVR system. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere - this pharmacy has gone way down hill.

If I could give less than one star I would. Unprofessional and rude. Not only the pharm tech, but the actual Pharmacist, who I would assume should understand what it means to be a professional and act accordingly.

very displeased with all the polls they have around the drive through pick up window. I just hit my brand new car on it. The lane was very small for my suv terrible just awful.
