I went in early in the morning for the first time at this place to buy two dozen doughnuts for the office to celebrate Friday. When I entered, there were two men working. A woman was being helped by one of the employees. The other didnt acknowledge me. Another customer walks in and she gets served before me, meanwhile I am standing at the counter quite confused. Both customers leave and the workers refuse to make eye contact or say a word! I was shocked at how they treated a potential loyal customer. I guess they didnt want to sell me doughnuts. I wont be giving them business, they have a lot to learn about customer service.

The best donuts Ive had in a very long time. They have some growing pains with training new staff and I was shorted donuts from my fancy dozen, but when I contacted them about it I was told to go in and let the manager know and hes make it right. I havent had a chance to do that yet but that was a good response from the owner on social media. I hope they do well, Parker has been needing a good donut place for a LONG time.

Donuts are great and they have plenty of options to choose from. However, the prices arent justifiable. $8 after tax for a half dozen and $16 for a dozen. They really need to have a tiered system for getting a dozen of the smaller donuts vs the larger ones. If there was a tiered system then the workers never offered that to me even after asking.

SO DELICIOUS & SO MANY OPTIONS!! These donuts are rad! My favorite is that you can select one of many frosted long johns... and then select one of many filling options!!! They fill it while you wait. You gotta try to Maple frosted Long John with Bavarian Cream filling.

Love the cronuts (croissants cooked like donuts and glazed)!!! They definately recognize frequent visitors, and the service shows. Quality donuts with a great variety - made right there in the spot!!! Visit this sweet spot and you will be hooked!!!

The best donuts on the planet. Dont waste your time driving to Denver, these guys beat everyone. Get the cronuts, get one of everything. Theres one in castle rock too, if thats closer to you.
