There is only one word to describe this place...Amazing! By far the best Donut joint in Lakewood. I was a raised donut only guy until I had their cake donuts and wow are they amazing. My wife and I visit most Saturday mornings...after the gym :)...and grab two devils food cake donuts with chocolate frosting and nuts on them most Saturdays. Those are by far our favorites. This is a family owned business and the women who typically serves us our donuts is extremely nice, polite and always has a smile on her face. There is a younger gentleman who is there most Saturdays as well and he is very polite and always has a smile on as well. You cant help but be happy when you walk in here. Its a neat place with a eclectic arrangement of seating and is very clean. They always remember us when we go in and greet us with enthusiasm. I am also a big fan of their gyro breakfast sandwiches. I like the fact that they use spot on rewards as well. I hope they are in business for a long time!

I went to the shop for the 1st time. I selected my dozen donuts and got my credit card out to pay. I extended my arm toward the employee and he started to reach for the card. He stopped about 6 inches short then said "are you going to give it to me or what? " I said yes and handed him the card. As I thought about the rude way he was treating me, I said nevermind, please cancel the order and give me my card please. He said "what is your problem?" I started to say that I was reaching out to give my card and I thought it rude for him to stop short and then talk to me rudely. Before I could even finish my sentence, he told me to "get the f*** out". As I walked toward the door he called me f***ingredients stupid and I think he followed it with some other swearing in another language that I didnt understand. I will never go back again!

Hi. Went here early in the morning on a Sunday. When beginning our donut selection the owner looked at me and my daughter with disgust and abruptly, in a condescending manner told me to "slow down" (I guess saying 5 donuts was too much to handle). Out of no where he LOUDLY said he wouldnt sell the donuts to us and started throwing the 5 chocolate donuts back into the case. He was completely rude. I asked, "what did I do to upset you". NO RESPONSE. The only thing we can figure out is that he prejudice and did not approve of the shorts we were wearing. It is so hard to believe we were treated this way. Definitely would not recommend this donut location. Went to Yummys around the corner and bought 2 1/2 dozen with no problem. They were Yummy...recommend Yummys for the local donut "go to".

ROFLMFAOOOO @Jeremy. This place is amazing these people are normal Jeremy is one of those people that only sees a threat in every gesture. Wed all be walking on eggshells in his world. I love these donuts and the baklava is amazing. I would like chunkyer nuts though. Theres a seating area that is devine and you get some of those sweet old folks that come in that are super nice. This place attracts good things...............except Jeremy. Boo Jeremy. Jeremy hates babies

As it was a Sunday at 5 I had little options for a donut shop I called and they were open as I envisioned a cream filled long John waiting for me that was not the case I stepped into the shop and they had classic donuts I thought thats OK Ill grab too I had on the was powdered and what I thought was filled with raspberry jam was only semi filled and burnt and the other one was sub par I mine as well to Safeway and got some donuts

A 7pm donut craving usually means Im out of luck, but Donut Burst was still open! Stopped in for the first time, and considering that evening is not the best time to buy donuts, I was very pleased with the quality and taste. Stopped by later and placed an order for four dozen to take to class. Everything went smoothly and my donuts were ready on time. Very happy with our experiences so far!

This is definitely the best donut spot in Lakewood! It is a family run, local business and they are all very nice. The fritters are definitely my favorite. They usually have a few flavors like apple, blueberry, and pineapple. My kids love the sprinkle donuts and the jelly filled ones and my husband loves the eclairs. So glad we have such a wonderful business in our neighborhood!

I love this establishment. This family business is special. Their donut recipes are incredible but more importantly the owners are kind and personable. If you offer kindness you are given kindess tenfold in exchange. Ive taken the time to say hello just as they have and share stories of life and our lifes events, even shared garden veggies. What wonderful people and business!

Well, I really wanted to like this place because of the location, went there with my wife and we both had 2 selections each. Honestly worst donuts and pastries we have eaten. The filling in the bavarian creme tasted like plastic. I left wandering what I just ate.

Looked up donuts shops in Lakewood and found this place. Called them up asked if they were still open(it was after 8 pm) they said yes and I was en route. Got 13 donuts for 9.99 with 4 hot off the press. Super bomb donuts perfect for those late night snacks.

Probably one of the best apple fritters in town. This place is open all the time and they are always really friendly. I have stopped here for donuts on the way to go skiing a couple of times and it is always a quick and delicious start to the day.

Doughnuts are pretty good. I had coffe there (admittedly) over a year ago and it was CRAZY strong. Not enough creamer in the world to make it good! Could have been an off day and I never tried the coffee again. Nice people run ing the shop.

Walked into this shop today and needless to say it was very busy! The staff was awesome and very welcoming. They happened to know a lot of their regulars by name. It was very refreshing to see this mom and pop shop doing so well.

the donuts are fine nothing special though, service was friendly and it looks like a fairly cool place to hang out considering it is Lakewood, too many amazing donut shops in Denver these days to ever go back here though

Very greasy cake donuts. Ice cream is meh. Place is clean and pleasant. I want to like this place but am always disappointed. There are many places to get great donuts and this place is not one of them.

By far one of the best donut shops Ive ever tried. The donuts are fresh and delicious and the staff is super friendly. SOOOOO much better than the chains. Highly recommended!

Very friendly family owned and operated. Great donuts but the real draw for us are the breakfast gyros. Can be a bit of a wait for those if theyre busy but always worth it!
