I frequent starbucks often and today was the first time visiting this particular location and I just have to say I HAVE NEVER been treated with such disrespect. I understand being busy and all but this place was not busy the time this incident took place. Walked in and one of the people behind the counter were helping 2 people that seemed to be on the difficult side to deal with and I understand that, but when theres a second batista there too not doing anything is kind of disturbing to see, so after standing in line over a good 5 mins and still not being helped, I decided to walk out and as Im walking out, Im told by both of the baristas to "Check my attitude" not only was that disrespectful but it was a misrepresentation of the person I am as the others behind me also waiting to order heard. So dont come here they are rude and cant seem to want to assist the people that would spend their money in their establishment. So congrats arapahoe marketplace starbucks location youve lost an avid starbucks lover. Ill continue going to the one in safeway on arapahoe road at least I can drink my coffee while doing my grocery shopping and thats a win win unlike stepping into this place is.

Im in shock to have heard what happened to my husbands colleague at this Starbucks today. Two middle aged women in track suits told a man to, "Go Back To Pakistan!" As he was walking past them minding his own business. The very kind, intelligent professional responded with, "Excuse me, I didnt hear you." He kindly walked away laughing, but was beyond insulted. Our friend is from India and he is has been a citizen of the United States for 10+ years, not that it matters. He is a well respected professional and a black belt. Those women are very fortunate that I was not there, because I would have taught them very valuable lessons of respect and insult. I would like to speak with the management on duty at lunch hour today and Id like to make sure those women are never served coffee at this location again. I would like signs posted that racism is not welcome in your store. I will in contact tomorrow to get contact information for the manager that was on duty today.

I was putting on an event for 70+ people last week. My company was provided with Starbucks gift cards which was to purchase the food and beverages. I visited a couple of Starbucks near my house inside Safeways before the event and both of them told me to visit a store location as they would be able to handle a large order. I called and visited Kelly at the Arapahoe Market Place location since it was close to the event location. She was extremely helpful with figuring out what we needed and even placed a special order the day before to accomodate us. On the morning of the event, she had everything ready and even sent another associate over to another Starbucks down the street to complete the breakfast sandwiches. Great service and awesome support staff - thanks so much!!!

Very happy with this Starbucks, I come here consistently and the Baristas always know my name and order, they are so friendly and efficient, especially when i am in a hurry the store owner is very kind and considerate. the lobby always looks clean, and the holiday stuff is looking amazing!

Killing time waiting for Office Depot to open... Very friendly staff, highly efficient service, lots of regulars coming and going... A perfect Americano enjoyed outside at one of the many available tables... A wonderful start to the day!

The people here are not about customer service. They constantly mess up drinks and they rarely are friendly. The manager just has bad energy and will talk over customers to her employees. Im only coming here because Dazbog closed!!!!

Ive been here several times because it is convenient to a clients office. Service is very slow and often rude. The employees spend a lot of time talking drama with each other. They will snap at customers also.

Pretty normal Starbucks. Was getting coffee with a friend around the time they closed just chatting away. When one of the Baristas politely asked us to leave a little bit before closing time.
