Horrible business owners!! Im in customer service and sales and this is NOT the way you treat your customers. I went into the store today and bought 2 bottles of wine for $20. I got home and as soon as I walked in the door the 2 bottles fell out of the bottom of the bag and broke. I called the store right after that and asked if I came back would they give me back the 2 bottles of wine that broke. The representative on the phone said "no, they broke at your house and we have very nice bags so theres nothing we can do". I told him he would be losing my business and my fiance and I are in there quite often. He did not care about that either. So youre telling me instead of giving me back the $20 worth of wine you would rather lose my business when we probably spend an average of $150/month there!! Thats $1800 a year. Really great way to run a business guys. Way to go!!

A Private User

I went in to return 2 unused bottles and was told that there would be a 10% restocking charge. The clerk claimed the owner insisted on this for all purchases made with a credit card bc the credit card company charges them 3% when the charge is made and 3% at the time of refund. He became extremely agitated when I pointed out that there was no sign describing this policy.
