I was in this particular Lululemon store the weekend of Halloween (2016) and I was looking at some shirts when a male employee came up to me and said "I would help you with our swiftly gear but I see you are already wearing it"..... I was wearing an outfit ENTIRELY from Athleta, one of Lululemons competitors! Not to mention, this specific employee was hired OVER ME in September of 2015 when I applied to work there. What an insult! That is a mistake I would never have made! For an employee of over a year, its pathetic that you cant tell the difference between your stores clothing and your stores competitors clothing. Lululemon makes AMAZING gear, but the employees are either uneducated, like the one I dealt with, or I feel like they are judging me the whole time Im there. I have been to this store now a total of 5X and its the same every time I got in. I will not return to this store location and will stick to just ordering online or driving to Park Meadows.

today was my first time in lulu, Id been wanting a pair of leggings from them for way over a year, I went in and the staff was amazing. She walked me through all the legging types whats best for what, and helped me try on the leggings answered all my questions, plus had great conversations! On top of it all Im IN LOVE with the material. I got the speed up tight which is perfect for my workouts THEY DONT MOVE so comfortable so snug (but not too much) and the align 2 make the booty pop!!! Im so please with my over all experience. Will always come back to this store :)

This location is the least friendly lulu store I have been to. I was so excited to have a Lululemon in town because I love their products. I generally love lulu customer service, and they are usually awesome about returning and exchanging. This location however has made me feel bad about exchanges on a few occasions. My family and friends have had similar experiences here. The Denver and Vail locations have a much better environment.

I have been ino this store three times and each time the majority of the staff have been unpleasant. One gentleman was kind to my son today but another woman got irritated with me when I decided the few things I tried on didnt fit and wanted to just return a bra Id bought online. They almost make me feel like Im not good enough to be shopping in the store. Sadly wont be returning to this store again and stick with online shopping.

I am in here mmm... Maybe once every 2 weeks and I have personally never had a bad experience.. All of the employees are super kind and helpful with tons of great imput, are all super welcoming! The selection is what it is for Lulu everything goes so fast, but they are always willing to order from other locations!
