Have been going to this liquor store pretty often for the past couple of years, I went in on Mothers day and was appalled at the customer service I received that day. A girl with brown curly hair was working, and to say she was rude would be an understatement. She ignored me when I came to the counter with my purchase and tried to help the guy in back of me first! When the man behind me told her to help me first she ROLLED her eyes at me!! What?! While she checked me out she didnt take my member card I had on the counter, she didt even tell me the total cost of my purchase before taking my card and running it, after tossing my card back on the counter she ripped my credit slip and threw it in the bag; all the while smiling and asking the man behind me if he had found everything ok and was haing a good day!! Seriousley?! If I had done something for her to be so rotten to me I would expect to be treated this way, however after being a repete customer for several years and buying a decent amount of product that day I will NEVER go back to this store again!! I hope she can figure out how to put on a smile and have some manners! I have already told the people I know that live in this area and they will no longer be using this liquor store as well...too bad.

I go this local liquor store and theres this snot nosed 20-something kid Brian at the cashiers desk. I bring up my scotch to buy and ask if they offer a military discount. He states they only offer a military discount on Tusdays (even then its only 5%). I mention its a good thing I didnt limit my service and defense of this country to only Tuesdays. This kid starts to snicker and tells me Im ridiculous. I looked at him and said EXCUSE ME!? He started to laugh at me and tells me to take my business elsewhere. I asked him if he was serous. He tells me to get out. Their lack of military support (especially in such a huge military town like Colorado Springs) is ridiculous and hope the owners dont share Brians disdain and contempt for military people. As long as he works there, I refuse to shop there until he is fired. I will update this post if ownership makes it right and fires this kid.

I swing by here now and then and have always been impressed by the selection. Ill look for items that liquor mart had never even heard of but to me our absolutely necessary for mixers and after calling around town to over 12 shops that dont even carry a version of what I want, I can call here and theyll even have the brand to go with, and point me to the exact spot without second thought. I love this store and its employees.

I have been to this store two times now and both times the woman cashier and this guy chris the cashier were incredibly rude I completely understand asking for an id its the law and both times I provided it but when you approach it like a complete jerk especially when there are plenty of other stores to buy at dont be surprised when you customers dont return I definitely will not be returning!

Even though there is a good selection of liquor, there was only 2 people working a large store with about 8 people in line. One person ringing up with problems with the credit card machine and yet did not acknowledge the customers like they were trying hurry at all.

The service here is terrible. The woman who works the counter is rude. If you value service at all please take your business elsewhere to prove to business owners that customers should not be treated with such disrespect.

The employees are very helpful at selecting what you are looking for. And they have wine tasting for free on Fridays between 4 and 6 usually.
