Choice in craft beer is mehh at best. What they do have never gets rotated, and is expired. They have a nice cooler, but the staff is completely uneducated about beer. Even some of the more well known brands like Squatters, theyve never even heard of? Never offer to see if they can order it.(like any store in denver would if they didnt have it) The wierdo cashier guy with the beard is worthless......Everytime Ive been in, he acts like Im bugging him when I ask about something that I found in the there in the past, and hasnt been restocked for over a month? He literally says " I have no clue ". He does have a cool little Brittney Spears mic to ask the other pathetic staff to look for something that should be in the inventory system already ,or better yet how about about just knowing your own cooler, this stuff isnt rare, you should know immediately if you have it or not , or at least know when the next order will be delivered.....Honestly if the these clowns were even half ass helpful, I could deal with the lame selection and expired beers, but customer service like this doesnt deserve my money.

Big Bear Liquor has an abundant variety of specialty beers, hard alcohol, and wines. Each week they will usually have some sort of tasting. Love it! It gives the customer an opportunity try the different liquors offered there. I myself have bought many different items that I normally would never have tried. They have also just added a mini store where you can find great gifts and accessories. Yesterday I bought 3 gift bags for wine that are in the shape of purses! Too cute, Had to have them. In my opinion, the best part of the whole store is the pick your six-(pack). In the end case of their specialty beer wall, they have rows and rows of different beers you can choose from to make a six-pack. With this case I have tried the majority of all the wheat beers and some of the light ales, all the while finding I now have 6 new favorites! All in all, Big Bear Liquor is the PLACE TO GO to fill your alcohol needs with their warm customer service, beautiful decor, and wonderful supply of alcohol and gift ideas.

For being a local upstart to Pueblo, Big Bear sure doesnt display many of the qualities typical of a local business in a smaller to mid sized town. This place is decked out and wonderful to be in, their brand is very well done and their staff are always very nice and very helpful. Im completely illiterate when it comes to wine and spirits so its nice to know that I can go there any time and someone is available that is an expert on these things. Thank you Big Bear for being a higher class, far nicer experience than Pueblo expects at other liquor stores in town!!

I loved Big Bear until today. The sales people will flat out lie to you about what they have in stock. Very disappointed in this store. I will not be spending my money there again. I will take all of my business to the smaller local stores in my area. At least they are honest to their loyal customers.

Love this place!! HUGE selection of beer, wine, and liquor. The beer cave is so sweet. Take a cooler with you and it will still be good and cold when you get home. Wish they could get the one in PW open!
