When I was asked during a work seminar on customer service to name an example of outstanding customer service that Id received recently, I had to say "my liquor store!". LOL These guys are the best. Ivars is one in a million for his wine knowledge. The whole staff is mellow, helpful, never pretentious, never hard sell. I never thought Id do a "Wine of the Month Club" but I really look forward to Ivars selections every month. Excellent excellent excellent store.

That last comment makes no sense to me. The family that runs and owns that place has always been very well versed in their goods. Any time I have needed a wine for dinner their suggestions have always been spot on. The people that work there will work with you regarding anything you need, and if they do not have it they will bend over backwards to order it for you. I tell my friends that there is no other to place to go.

The guys at Sovereignty always take the time to talk to you about what YOU like and what you might like to try; they dont try to push wines and spirits on you just because other people like them or its a best seller. Ivars, Bill and Hunter will offer you good advice and spend whatever time it takes to make sure you get the products you want. Well worth the drive from anywhere in town; highly recommended!!

Im well on my way to becoming a regular there, the staff are friendly and always willing to help, and they dont hesitate to order things on request. Its a great example of small-town service in a (relatively) "big city". I would (and do) recommend Sovereignty to anyone.

Not only are they always willing and able to provide you with a very good wine recommendation (no matter the price point), but they also have fabulous tasting events. Its a local, family-run business that supports their community. You can feel good about shopping here.

I want more TY KU!! Its my new favorite liqueur and Sovereignty is the only place I know of that carries it. I became hooked after Dave recommended it. Their service is superb and their selection is the best, Ill always be a loyal customer!
