Today I was accused of shoplifting from their store because my girlfriend and I walked out without making a purchase (Because they didnt have what we needed). Made us both empty our pockets in front of the entire store. When nothing was found the employee (Kirk) had no apology but rather turned around upset he didnt bust someone. 15 minutes later I called to speak with a manager to say how unprofessional and embarrassing that was, to which the manager (Russ) said it happens a lot so we have to be careful. Nothing done to win back business, or make up for wrongfully accusing me of shoplifting. Poorest excuse for customer service, awful profiling, will never go back.

WineSeller is great. We had our grand opening at HealthSource Chiropractic across the street. Not only did Scott recommend great bottles of wine for our opening but he offered to come and serve it for free. He brought his own glass, table, and cloth. The evening was fantastic and everyone enjoyed the recommended wine! Hands down .. stop by and talk to these guys!

Great customer service! Aaron was a huge help in the beer and wine department. We were having a nice steak dinner and he got us the perfect cabernet sauvignon to compliment the meal. This isnt the first time we have been in and been overly satisfied. We will be back and have told many friends to check out the store with its amazing selection and staff.

Owner knows nothing about wine and is just in it for the money. Recommends a cheap bottle so he can get a good margin and doesnt really care that people will come back if they are impressed by knowledge. Keep buying those 500 case deals Bob! Youre sending all of your high end wine lovers to Davidsons and Lukas! >:-)

Great variety but staff was absolutely terrible. You could see obviously in everyones face that no one wanted to be there it was even more obvious when the line out the door and no one seemed to have any care or concern and continued to work at a turtle pace. Absolutely worst costumer service

First time in. Didnt know what to expect--- has a decent bomber selection from various micro breweries. Good selection of bottles n cans. Didnt have time to search around for whiskeys but i will be back to check out the spirits soon. Friendly staff.

Friendly staff.they have a great selection and pretty good prices. They have a rewards program and send out coupons which is awesome. Tastings are Fri and Saturday evenings. Great wine selection, bombers, walk in cold room etc.

They have a wide selection of wines and other hard liquors. They dont have a lot of nitro beer options. They offer carts with wide bottoms so you dont have to carry your purchases all around the store. The staff is friendly.
