Terrible customer service use to enjoy them. Only pawn shop used until they changed policy or as said from another employee "always has been the policy we are just trying to enforce it now" well first they shouldnt have to try and second should have always been enforced. This policy is to completely low ball you. As you may see from previous reviews. Along with not always enforcing their policies they are completely rude n not willing to work with anyone not even customers like my wife and I of almost 2yrs. My wife was told by Paul an employee of theirs nobody likes to work with her because of her bad attitude and went on to verbally abused her in front of co works as well as customers. I believe we can all understand my wife isnt going to the happiest when she is walking into a pawn shop to risk losing valuable items and family heirlooms. Then to be low balled at the same time is going to make anyone have a bad attitude. Truly hard writing this for the simple fact we once told everyone that it was the best pawn shop in town. Now I hope they go out of bussnies for embarrassing and making my wife cry.

This place has consistently treated me well over the years as far as buying things go. Its a smaller Shop with a limited selection on non-firearm merchandise. And I havent tried selling anything there , but they decently price things and are willing to negotiate with a little kid who just wants to buy a video game with his allowance. Be careful of the parking lot, I have been hit multiple times, its a little bit of a trap.

This pawn shop is my favorite to visit. The staff is great. They greet me and every customer when ever any one enters the store. I have no complaints. I would and will recommend this pawn shop to any one that is look to get a pawn loan.
