In a town overflowing with great locally roasted coffee Building Three rises above the rest. The quality of their beans, whether you get a drip cup, a handcrafted pour over, or take them home and do it yourself is unsurpassed in this town. Their cafe is friendly and inviting. The staff is always pleasant and definitely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about what they do. Location is wonderful and great views of the mountains make this a go-to spot.

What a refreshing change to the run of the mill coffee shop. 1st the nitro brew is phenomenal and the staff is super friendly. 2nd the fact I can see what the process is the coffee goes thru before we see it is great. They have their own processing area which the public can view openly from a huge window. The owners are also great people. Oh and the food....three of us went and all got different samples of food served. 5 star.

On vacation from Dallas, and was super excited to find this gem near our rental. Love their cortado. Tastes very similar to traditional machiatos. Place is clean and has an easy, laid back, atmosphere. Took a star away for price and the fact that they dont have different sizes so dbl Cortado ended up being $6. Worth it for me, but not sure most can afford this splurge.

Hip, comfy, and wonderful coffee!!!! Breakfast burritos are also amazing. Run by great people. On a super cold day I ran down with my dog and they let him chill inside instead of freez! My only suggestion is add another comfy chair section:-) The last few times we were down the area was full and I prefer to sit in a cozy chair to at a table!

Really digging this place. The coffee is good, the preparation is great, the space is nice. Im excited for the Lincoln School to keep growing. Had one small issue with my girlfriend being prepared the wrong drink and not enjoying it -- I didnt try it so I dont know if it was just her flavor preferences.

Beautiful place, super nice barrista, the cold brew coffee is delicious, and I was impressed by the multiple gluten free options! I selected the paleo muffin, which had a great flavor, was moist, and not at all crumbly. Im incredibly impressed and will certainly be back!!!

Very hip and trendy. Beautiful space. The coffee was expensive for what I felt was just okay. Though the portions were large they didnt have just exactly what I wanted. If you are looking fancy and fun it is great, but for a simple latte maybe not.

Love the owners!! The atmosphere is very hip for the coffee scene. They know their coffee and love their community. The location is super sweet. Its in a renovated elementary and next to some other hip shops. Check them out.
