If you are going to volunteer here to do hours for something. Do not waste your time with this place . I have never been so disrespected in my whole adult life. The workers do not do a damm thing to help you. All the women were just plain out mean for no reason. jump on you for everything. Their will be a big truck that comes in and the warehouse workers wont do anything. I was unloading the truck by myself most the time. The dude that was supposed tobe helping me was hiding in the bathroom. The worst was the Blond older lady manager. She was so rude and disrespectful to me. I tried to talk to her she didnt show me no eye contact or even try to talk or answer any my questions. Just looked down wrote some stuff and walked away not telling me anything of what to do. She should not be working retail thats for sure. Its just a plain mess and very ghetto up in there. so i highly recommend doing hours else where. Only person that i can say was nice. Is the cashier Jackie she was sweet. Other then that this place is awful. My family and i have been coming here for years and years. But best believe after this i will spread the word and not ever come back to this place.

There customer service was excellent!!! The young woman at the checkout counter was very polite and smiling the whole time, it was nice to see and made me feel good about shopping there just from her positive energy but everyone was very kind and willing to help me AND went the extra mile to do so. Ill explain. I purchased a very nice chair in amazing condition for the price and the staff not only helped me figure out the best way to transport the chair with my car ( we tried several ways before deciding to strap the chair to the roof), they gave me extra bungee cords to borrow so I could take the chair home that same day. I returned the bungee cords fully satisfied with my experience. I have shopped ALL OVER THE SPRINGS for well maintained used furniture at a good price and Arc seemed to be the only place that had exactly that. Everywhere else just had way over priced nice and not so nice pieces of furniture. Dont waste your time, GO TO ARC!

I go there every Saturday and Monday : This Arc is way better than both Arcs on Academy. The Management Team takes care of Customers, I dont know why but the prices are different than the other Arc Stores, I buy Levis Jeans for 7 Bucks at this location, and the exact Jeans are priced at 10 bucks at the other Academy Locations. Tyler the Manager will help customers even when he has 50 things to do. Prices are just better at this location ..for some reason the prices at the 2 Academy locations think they are fooling people : I look up the prices on my ebay app and they price there items higher than what you can buy them online for. I guess thats why there inventory is so high..This is supposed to be for the kids but it looks like Some Arcs want to take care of the executives million dollar bonus .

The staff is always friendly and helpful, but that is unfortunately the only positive thing I have to say. The selection is bad, almost always junk. Like, when you have a big set of something and lose all the pieces and the only thing left is the ornate carrying case type of junk. Lines are unreasonably long and it is at times unclear where they end. The store is disorganized and overpriced, but the worst part is the other customers. I dont know what it is about this store, but most of the people who overcrowd it are rude and awful. It makes for a very unpleasant experience and we will be shopping at the other locations in the future.

I have worked for ARC for the past 5 years. It has become my second home and my second family. I appreciate and respect all of our customers and try to give them the best and hassle free experience that i can. In my eyes, customers ALWAYS come first. I do everything i can to make sure our customers leave w a smile and a plan to come back. Sure, some items may be old and worn out (it is thrift, btw) but the money does go towards a great cause (locally and state-wide, i might add) and we do sort through and put out the best merchandise that we can. We recently got our AC fixed so come enjoy our sale days and happy hunting!

I cant believe some of the prices they are asking for their stuff. Who do they think shop at thrift stores? Anything that is halfway decent price is junk. They say come back and check for the half price sales but Some of us work and cant go shopping everyday just to try to save 50% off (maybe) on the item we need. I looked up some of the stuff on ebay and it was priced better. I say save your time and just go to Goodwill. They are more consistently priced for their stuff. I cant beleive they would charge some of those prices on stuff that they got donated to them for free.

So...I hate to be a complainer -but- your employees are buying stuff, that comes in your door or off the truck...before customers get a chance to see it or buy it! At 3:30-4:00 when they leave for the day they stand in line with guitars, speakers, electronics, and other high end items, bragging about their scores AND their 30% discount. If you wont put a stop to this can you at least have the employees do this on the down-low, its very discouraging to see and makes me not want to waste my time stopping to look :(

I have shopped at the Arc every Saturday for the past five years and on Tuesdays before I retired. I spend between $25.00-$40.00 every week! It was so hot in the store today that I was very uncomfortable!! So many customers were complaining! This is only the beginning of the summer! I did not buy any clothing because I didnt want to spend time in your store trying them on!! I just wanted to leave and will not be back all summer, unless you do fix this problem!!

By far one of the best Arcs Ive ever seen.. They have alot of nice stuff and resonably priced... Ive seen a ton of brandnew stuff there as we.. Ive never seen junk there everything is decent.. No worn out stuff thats for sure.. Their clothing selection for men women and kids is awesome.. The only "worn out" stuff that Ive seen is the furniture... N the ppl there are friendly just a bit weird. Lol but i love the store and by far the best in town...

I like this store. But, one time the line was held up and I looked around to see why, usually they are very fast with at least two line active. I understand a non profit may not always have a full staff all the time, but thats not what held up my day. The cashier was refusing a refund to a special needs person on a button up shirt. This is uncool, and wish I would have defended the gentleman. I mean, isnt this the guy they "say they help"?
