Went to use the vacuum, on 9/2/2016 in the afternoon. it wasnt working well, and I went into the store to ask me for money back. I wont bore you with the details, suffice it to say the clerk was extremely rude, and was using profanities, just because I expected him to tell me the process for getting a refund. Not happy. Terrible customer service - very unprofessional dude - get a grip. giving 1 star . I would give no stars if I could. I will never come back to this store, ever.
