My sisters went in to this shop because it came recommended and was told that Dwayne would do an amazing job on the piece they wanted to get in remembrance to our mom who passed away last year . Well what my sisters wanted and what my sisters got were totally two different things. Now my sisters have this disaster of a piece that they have to look at. I have called the shop a couple of times to speak to the owner, and the artist who did the job and have gotten no response back from him. Because of course he was out of the shop. How can you run a business but not call anyone back. How can you sit there and say you know how to do something and come to find out you know nothing. This was the worst experience at a tattoo shop, my 7 year old could have done a better job! I will never recommend this shop to anyone! Not even my worst enemy! P.S. Google what a wolf looks like because a fat fluffy dog, or a crossed eyed starved dog is not what a wolf looks like! Thanks again!

ya screw you "haters" lol This shop is rad as ... yeah dont think this sight allows cursing lol, but they awesome. I have been going here for 3 years now. the first one I got was just a small start outline on my wrist. I went and had it priced and other shops wanted like 80 vbucks or more, but The Tattoo Shop said it wuld be 40 which was the shop minimum than. So I headed over and got it done. everone was super nice, so I went back for more tattoos and have 6 of my 9 done by Dwayne and actually going to get 3 more this next week. Dwayne and Andrew are freaking amazing at what they do, and have been nothing but nice to me and all the fiends I have brought in to get work done by them both, so people that say that they are rude must have done something to deserve it. This is an amazing shop and I always recommend people to it and take people to it to get work done. I have full faith in this shop and stand behind them all and their work 100%

I was really disappointed with the fact that I had come in almost a month ago to talk to a guy named Rob (was referred to me by a friend who was tatted by him) about getting a tattoo. Left him a rough design and discussed with him my vision and the purpose behind the tattoo. He told me give him a couple days and hed have something drawn up. It was almost a week and heard nothing from him, so decided to stop and see whats up. He said he didnt start drawing anything up and to give him until the weekend and hed send me a pick of what he drew up. Still nothing. Now I understand tattoo artists are busy, but the lack of an attempt of communication on his part was frustrating and I wasnt going to keep playing cat and mouse over him just drawing something up nonetheless set up a time to get tatted by him. As I said, really disappointing as Ive heard great things about not only Rob, but the place in whole. Had to take my services elsewhere.

This place is horrible. It was the worst tattoo experience Ive ever had. In my experience all the artists Ive met are really cool, jokey, etc. But the artist here was a complete a**hole - Not only to me but to 2 customers also in the store. He acted like he didnt care if he got our business or not, he had better things to do. He was complaining about wanting to leave because it was going to snow. Then he was rushing me through everything, being snippy, arrogant & rude. The worst part was 6 months after I had gotten the tattoo (a butterfly on the side of my neck) 2 of the colors faded to the point where it looks like theyve disappeared! I have 6 Tattoos & I always take great care of them - lotion, sunscreen, etc. - and Ive never had this happen nor have I ever heard of it happening. So if you want a great Tattoo & a happy experience then I 100% recommend you go somewhere else.

I just got back from getting my second tattoo from them, and i have to say. this is one of the best choices have ever made. They are very professional, and run through how everything is new, and sterile. The Artist that gave me my tattoo was very talented. He was very fun, and loved having a good laugh. He allowed my friends to take pictures, and joked around the whole time. But that didnt take his attention away from my tattoo at all. He coaches you through the whole thing also if you need it, constantly reassuring you your doing great. The shop owner himself came in and gave his words on the art, and was very nice about it.

Discrimination by artist jeff went in and asked for the red ribbon in appreciation of hiv cure and his words were "I wont tattoo you because i dont want to get infected by you if anything was to happen." First of all there is medication that prevents this that i have been on forever and my levels are undetectable and second of all the didnt even ask if i had it just assumed. This is under the discrimination act and this will be brought to the state board. This can really affect someones feelings and out them in emotional distress which can cause for a law suit.

The people here are nice enough and they are fine at their job my problem is with their advertising. Spasificly a sticker with their name on it of a hand giving "the shocker" really? You guys are a group of professional artists and the image you think best encapsulates your business is a hand giving the shocker? What message are you trying to send with that? What I get out of it is "if you have the maturity of a high school kid come on down to the store front marked simply "tattoo" and get some forgetable regrettable ink"

Ive gotten 3 piercings here, and have loved each one. Their piercer is excellent, does a good job and is super fast. However the last two times weve gone there, the employees are all completely stoned/high. One got up in my face a bit and cussed me out because he "hated women". I will probably be looking for a new place to get piercings...I really dont appreciate them being stoned every time I go there.

Went in today and got my first tattoo! Went here because my Grandmother got her first tattoo here and my grandmothers best friend got one here too! They were so nice! They even gave me great advice as well on where to get it. I was scared at first but during the whole process they kept me calm and it only hurt a bit. I will keep going here as long as I want tattoos and living in Aurora.

I love this place! It is always a good time and I enjoy being in the shop. All the artists are awesome and make you feel comfortable. Robb has tattooed me a few times and he is amazing. He talks to you, makes sure everything is to your liking, and he is quick with always great quality work. My whole body will probably end up tatted here. Lol.
