The same gentleman that is mentioned in another review that works graveyard with glasses and a comb over is the laziest p.o.s Ive ever met I have also been told the store is closed for cleaning while I sat and watched him sit behind the counter and do absolutely nothing.. tonight was the last straw though, before work I went in to buy an Arizona iced tea and something cheap and quick to eat with a total of under 4 bucks I was just going to pay with some change I had in my car... I was told I could not pay with change because who would count it... I was confused and started to count it myself it was all quarters and dimes mind you, took under a minute to count and he turned me away and would not accept it because he said he would have to count it later... Long story short I will take my DAILY business to the Mobil down the street where they had no problem counting the change with a smile unlike the misrible gentleman who treated me like I was trying to pay with either a thousand pennies or pesos lol definitely need to work on customer service training because Im sure Im not the first person this guy has treated like I was making his job so damn hard when I counted it myself.. I will never spend another "dime" at this location as long as this wanker is employed there.. he needs to get a job where he doesnt deal with people at all and can continue living his misrible life... have never seen a cashier treat someone with such disrespect.. guess sthats why hes working the graveyard at 7-11... I never leave reviews but this experience made me so upset I have taken the time to share this information because this guy should be fired for making the store lose customers that have been going to the store for years... cant stand lazy people that are paid to do a job and treat customers like this.. I highly recommend the Mobil station down Y.L Blvd they have great service and have no problem taking quarters for a 3 dollar total lol

I usually require some late night food after work and EVERY SINGLE TIME Ive stopped off at this 711, the guy working tells me that the store is closed for cleaning (the gentleman who wears glasses, has a comb over and works the graveyard). This is beyond frustrating and this guy needs to be fired. Go down the street to the one on Lakeview... much, much friendlier service.
