The most pushy, commission driven sleaze balls I have ever had to deal with in my life. Both my wife and I went in at different times and had every upgrade or service they could think of shoved down our throats. Worst of all, we were treated like the bad guy for not upgrading to what they suggested. Zero stars if I could. Ive had good experiences with AT&T, but the guys my wife and I dealt with in this store didnt care about what was right for us. It was so apparent that their commission was their only priority.

Tried to get a land line phone but I got put on hold, repeatedly and transferred to another department several times and finally got hung up on. So this last time after a hour of being switched from one operator to another, I had it, after the operator asked for my social security number I simply told him no and hung up. My patience was stretched to its limits and I wasnt getting the land line either. My phone is a Metro PCS cell phone, very happy with it too.

A+ customer service. Absolutely Superb. Really Incredible. Was really just a great experience. Couldnt recommend this store more. I mean really it was absolutely fantastic. Absolute 10/10 stars, would give it an 11 if I could. What a great cellular experience. WOW. Absolutely stunning. Just the best cellular experience. I mean what else can you ask for. WOW.
