Great local feed store in the Sonoma West Countys town of Sebastopol. Great knowledagble crew whom will order most any supply they rarely might not have in stock that you may have a needful use for. And any items ordered arrive in double quick time. They will give you a courtesy call when your order is ready for your pick up, or they even deliver right to your ranch. The quality of their goods is unsurpassed and you can depend on the consistency of the name brands they feature. The Feed Store carries feed for all your various animal stock and/or domestic pets you may have acquired during your adventures here on this earth including parrot feed even thou they do not carry the essential larger parrot toys. But after all, they are a feed store rather than a pet store. Fun place to visit and browse with your traveling companion animal and/or human friend of the day as your pets are always welcomed as are you and your friends in the old fashioned country way. If you are into chickens, they have the seasonal chicks in the Spring of the most trending breeds along with a large feed section with a wide variety of chicken feeds and props. Be sure to check out their prize winning chickens they have on parade in the special chicken pen outside in the front entrance ramp walkway Being centrally located in friendly downtown Sebastopol, there is ample free parking right in front of the store. At The Feed Store you may find the usual local people shopping there as well as the frequent foot propelled visiting Tourist. A nice mix of goods for a nice town that can easily be transported in your imagination to an earlier century of the days when the train ran right on thru Main Street and someone traveling to San Francisco for the day would be a call for a write up in the local news paper. Let your hair down and take a little time off to do some day tripping or even a full blown journey would be a memorable occasion. Make your visit an adventure or have some fun doing errands and visit "The Feed Store " in Sebastopol. It honestly is an honest name for an honest to goodness very real feed store that can be an adventure instead of a chore with your dog or human friend because the more company the warmer your experience. In the winter time when they just might have a pellet stove fired up in which to belly up to warm your cockles just in case the atmosphere has not kicked in yet and already has done its job in the warming of your cockles department.

They are always friendly and order things for you if they dont carry them. Huge emphasis on dog and cat food, but I guess less people have horses these days. Still building their inventory, so you can make product suggestions. Prices a little on the high side, but they are a smaller store and cannot carry the volume so it is understandable. Support your local business--you save on gas.

Tony the owner is amazing. I asked about soft dog food for my 13 year old border collie. Tony was nice enough to give me a generous sample of some. They have gained my business. I will be driving in front windsor to buy all my supplies. Thank you Tony and staff.
