I wish my husband read the reviews before getting flowers from here. He went into the Riverside shop ( even though i cant find it on google, but the card they include with flowers has all 3 locations ) and picked out flowers himself. When i got them it had not so fresh flowers in the arrangement and 3 roses it had in it looked like they werent going to make it till the next day When I called the shop a very rude lady told me that my husband picked them out and that those roses were supposed to look like that and that they will last at least 5 days and hung up on me ( i know how fresh roses look like!!! lol ). Well after i talked to my husband it turned out that they used wrong color roses, not the ones he picked out and when I called the flower shop back to ask for a replacement this time a rude man picked up the phone and without listening to what i had to say told me exact same thing the lady told me before him, well when i finally could explain that they used wrong flowers he gave me the lady back and the lady didnt seem very pleased, but I think she realized she made a mistake because she said she will send a delivery guy back with the right flowers and i could just take wilted ones out and put new ones in. So later same day I got the right color roses and they were fresh!! and replaced the wrong ones and the first roses just died same evening ( i set them separately in a glass with water) ! This shop just has horrible customer service! Needless to say we are never using them again!

I decided to try this place since it was close to my wifes work and had reasonable prices. To make sure it was available, I placed my order more than a week before Valentines Day. The day after I ordered, I got a call stating that the bouquet I chose (listed "in stock" on the website) would not be available, and offered a similar one for a few $ more. Not a problem in itself, but I should have heard the alarm when she also mentioned that the webmaster forgot to update the delivery fee to $2.50 more. I sucked it up and said ok, but asked if they would be able to honor my request of delivery before 2:00pm since my wife gets off work at 3. She said no problem. A week later, on Valentines Day, my wife arrived home and didnt mention flowers, so I asked. Nope, she didnt get any flowers. The next day, I get a call asking if they could deliver it that day. I told them yes as long as they can get it there before 2:00 (it was just before 1:00). He said he was on his way that moment. At 2:50, as my wife was walking out the door to go home, the flowers were delivered. In fairness, it was a decent looking bouquet, but I could have bought something similar from a grocery store and paid a courier to deliver it with more accuracy and for about the same cost. NEVER AGAIN!

Used them once and will not use them again. Horrible!!! I ordered a birthday arrangement for a friend through Teleflora & this florist was responsible for putting it together. I put in my order a week prior to the chosen delivery date. I chose the "Deluxe Jumping for Joy" with a mylar balloon and a large stuffed animal. Im thinking in my mind, she will love it but nope it wasnt close to what I ordered. I have ordered flowers on many occasions, and do understand the availability of flowers. At make it as similar as possible to what is in the picture. First off the arrangement arrived late, flowers were brown & wilting, no stuffed animal, no mylar balloon and a rude delivery man. Is this what $100 buys me? After this incident, I read so many horrid reviews about May Flowers. Theyre committed in providing the finest floral arrangements, really? What a joke! I could of gotten fresher flowers and better service from the local 7-11. Dont waste your time, energy and money here. Avoid at all costs. The manager didnt respond to try and repair the relationship.

I should have read the reviews first! This was the worst service that I ever had to go through. I placed an order online before 8 in the morning for some flowers for Valentines Day. I usually stop on the way from work but I figured since theyre two blocks away from my wifes job, Ill have them deliver. It was one hour before she leaves work and no confirmation that she got anything so I decided to call them. I called both the 562 and 800 numbers for 1 hour with no answer. Right when my lunch was over, someone answered the phone just to tell me that they werent taking online orders since last week. WTF! They took my money and gave me a confirmation that my order will be delivered. THAT WAS 6 HOURS AGO! She said they she tried to call me but there was no answer. I have no missed calls today. I told her why didnt you email me? She said that their internet is down. So I guess they gave up trying to contact me? Now I have to wait three days to get my money back and still go out and get flowers.

AMATEURS is the best word to describe this owner. I placed an order online only to be called an hour later that the pricing just went up and the service charged had been tripled. I cancelled my order as it was blatant false advertisement and was told he would credit my card. 14 days later and he had not credited back my account. I called him back and was told he was too busy to take care of it and to call back later. He said it would have to wait. What kind of business owner makes you wait for your own money.

#1) They are way more expensive than the other Pico Rivera florist #2) They couldnt even do the flowers on their OWN SITE for Mothers Day #3) They had pre-made flower arrangements (For Mothers Day) with a starting price of $39.99 BUT HAD NO PICTURES ON THEIR WEBSITE TO SHOW THEM. I live out of state and couldnt view what Id be purchasing, didnt want to be paying for a tea cup with 2 flowers for $39.99 plus $10.00 delivery charge. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

Quite possibly the worst flower shop ever. Placed an order online and and it never printed. They had no idea till I called them the day of delivery. Worst customer service, they dont speak english and they have a young person translating who has no clue about proper business etiquette. Avoid this place at all cost.

I have been to the Norwalk/Slauson location probably a dozen times over the last 8 or 9 years, and I have always been pleased with their creativity and the value and price of their service. They have a very large selection, the place is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
