Hello Angelina Valdez, The review you left was really concerning to me as a manager. To be honest, we dont recall having any customer with the name of Angelina Valdez come to our store or order flowers. Second of all, we dont carry tulips in the store unless special ordered. So there would be no way we could have made a mistake. But, if I am wrong, youre more than welcome to provide me with proof of original purchase receipt and maybe a picture of the tulips and I will be glad to fix the problem. My priority is my customers; my number one goal is to provide with quality flowers and service. The honesty and integrity are values we use in our business.
