Their PRICES are 53% higher than what I usually pay for the same product that I went there to purchase. I usually pay $19.99 for the item at Costco or $20.99 at Total Wine and More. But Total Wine will MATCH what Costco charges as long as I have a recent receipt from Costco. Bevmo DOES NOT match prices. They were charging $32.99 for the same item and would not budge or match other vendors prices. Besides, the underground parking needs to have its air checked by the AQMD. The parking garage was hot and stuffy and AMAZE-ing circuitous in its layout. There is no quick stops at this location. You have first find the entrance to the garage, then make your way down to the ticket machine. Then take the ticket and swing around to enter the paring area. Then you have to figure out where the best space will be to get to Bevmo. ALTHOUGH, they do label the elevators with the store name. And its 1 hour for free to park, so no validating is necessary. Overall, I wont go back to this particular Bevmo because of their prices.

Placed a special order for 3 specific kegs of beer on a Tuesday for an event on Friday. I called to confirm the order and was told the kegs would be available for pick-up from Wednesday on. Total fabrication. The day of the event came and there were no kegs to found. Instead of getting a straight answer, I was given the run-around. Placed on hold. Disconnected. Told conflicting stories. No one had the competence to simply check the order record to find out if the order had actually been placed. Complete waste of time and left me totally screwed as I then had to scramble to find the kegs at other retailers. As an event planner, I will never use this establishment again and would warn any potential customer to be very wary if placing time sensitive orders. Get everything in writing, because verbal assurances from them over the phone are worthless.

Google says youre open till 9 today. I wasted my dinner break walking all the way here. Get organized. I also have had the same experience as the other unhappy customer. I have ordered beers and have been given the run around by every manager there. How hard is it to have beer ordered from a brewer that already sends you 7 styles of there product? Its not even a specialty...

Great prices and specials on any type of liquor you want. They have a great selection of spirits and wine as well as beer. Recommendation: Gin, elderflower liquor, and pineapple juice.

Lots of alcohol for good value, what is there not to love? They also sell supplies like cups, and stuff for mixed drinks like sodas.
